Please note there is no fencing at the front or side of the property. The property is, however, bordered by tall trees which attract birds native to the area.

Please be aware that the Mornington Shire has strict guidelines that affect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don't comply.
