As you enter this home, you are welcomed into the open Living and Dining Room area - an ideal space for the family to relax in the refreshing AC and enjoy a movie on the Flat Screen TV after a fun-filled day in the sun! The thoughtfully renovated, and open Kitchen has brand new crisp clean countertops, cabinets and Stainless Appliances and is off the main Living Area so you never have to miss a moment of Family time! The Breakfast Bar is great for a quick breakfast or a cozy dinner after a day at the Beach.

The Primary Bedroom is located at the end of the hall with a cozy Queen Bed, perfect for unwinding from a day of fun in the Sun. The Attached Bath has a Shower/Tub Combo.
