The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

This stylish and updated unit is ready to make this your best summer vacation yet. Beautifully decorated, you can't help relaxing. There is newer flooring and flat screen TVs. The full-size kitchen has updated cabinets, beautiful tile backsplash, new countertops and is ready to make those cost saving meals at home. There is also a washer/dryer and free Wi-Fi.
The complex features both an indoor and outdoor pool as well as an indoor sauna. There is a tennis court and even a racquetball court! It is a terrific location for families that are participating in events at Northside Park as it is a quick drive or short walk away. On Sunday evenings, there is an event called "Sundaes at the Park" and features live music, free sundaes, and an amazing fireworks display. This event delivers on reliving those childhood memories of seeing fireworks on 4th of July!
You will also be close to great restaurants/bars, mini golf, go carts, water slides, movies and of course the fireworks. The building is located about 2 blocks to one of the widest beaches in Ocean City and gives you plenty of room to spread out. When you are tired of the beach, come back and enjoy the pools or relax in your private patio area!

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This is a first-floor condo.
* Two parking spots are provided in an open lot.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 120th street.
* The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Owner has provided beach chairs, a cart, umbrella and cooler for guest use and the private patio provides storage for any additional item's guests bring.
* Easy access to the beach
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
