Enjoy our little patch of heaven in the hills of North Boambee Valley. Look out onto our sprawling farmland complete with fruit trees, cows, native bushland, and distant views of the ocean, yet only a 10-minute drive to Coffs Harbour centre, and 15 minutes to the airport or beaches. Chill out on the large verandahs on a summer's evening or cozy up next to a slow-combustion fire at night.

Unique and beautiful

My family stayed at this unique farmhouse for 4 nights. The setting in the hills was beautiful and hearing the cows was great for us city folk. The home was very large and I found something new to look at each day with all the amazing antiques and collectibles. You felt like you were out in the middle of nowhere but very close to town. It might not be for everyone but anyone who appreciates nature and an eclectic style would love it world charm will be h

Coffs weekend

I found the property to cluted, dvd broken washing machine not working, no aircon in the bedrooms, it needed some tender love and care, I myself wouldn't recommend for elderly people due to if you got up at night there are to many obstacles to trip over throughout this property,

Quirky & Different.

Very cool place with plenty of things to look at and admire. Pool table, guitar plenty of beds and nice views. Recommend for art/antiques lovers and small groups looking for an entertaining place to stay.

Bummer about the weather

Weather wasn’t kind to us and location wasn’t near to where we needed to be otherwise good. With all the rain home smelt damp.

Beautiful stay - highly recommended

The house was very well appointed. My wife would be jealous she didnt come - the decor was funky. It had everything we needed. The views were breathtaking. We'd happily return if we're back in the region.

Staying in someone’s home rather than a holiday let

Location and views could not have been better. However, there is a lot of memorabilia in this house. There were loads of empty bottles in the kitchen, surfboards in the hallway and lounge. I was quite shocked to discover a snake skin hanging over a painting in the dining area. The kitchen and oven were not clean and there was no jay cloth nor towel to clean the work surface.

Rustic Farmhouse

Had a lovely relaxing time at the eclectic farmhouse a very short drive from Coffs Harbour. The verandas captured the winter sun, especially lovely for breakfast, with views over the fields, the beds are comfortable and many games of pool were played. Owner was very easy to communicate with.

Great place

We had an awesome time. Large and spacious. Eclectic decor and a pool table! A great way to experience the real Coffs Harbour.
