The Space

This beach-inspired townhouse is designed for relaxation and coastal comfort. Perfect for couples, families, or small groups, the open-plan living area flows seamlessly between the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar, dishwasher, and two west-facing windows that fill the space with warm afternoon light. Just off the kitchen is a small dining area and workspace — ideal for meals or catching up on emails between beach walks.

The cosy lounge invites you to unwind with a large L-shaped sofa (which converts to a double sofa bed), two comfortable armchairs, and a Smart TV with Apple TV for relaxed evenings in.

The main bedroom is a peaceful retreat with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and blackout shutters for a restful sleep-in.
The second bedroom features two long single beds (which can be joined to form a king if preferred), a ceiling fan, and a leafy outlook over the private courtyard with beautiful morning light.

The layout allows for privacy and quiet spaces, with the living area able to be closed off from late-night chatter or early-morning movement.

The bathroom includes a shower with hand rails, laundry facilities for added convenience, plus a separate toilet. The courtyard features a clothesline, with an additional drying rack provided.

Throughout the home, light timber furnishings, coastal blues, and white venetian blinds create a fresh, beachy feel. It’s bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully presented for an easy, relaxing stay.

Guests are welcome to use the fishing rods, golf clubs, kayaks, or make use of the beach shade, camping chairs, and esky for days by the water.
