This property features three spacious double bedrooms along with three full bathrooms. The living and dining areas are on the first floor, with the second floor hosting two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite). One of the upper bedrooms conveniently has two king single beds, perfect for the kids. The ground floor offers the internal access garage as well as the third bedroom and bathroom.



Includes single-car garage parking.

Buses, bikes and private vehicles are the three main forms of transport in Christchurch. Taxis and Ubers are readily available in this area as are hire scooters and bikes.

For stays of two weeks or longer, we’re happy to provide a complimentary mid-stay clean to keep everything fresh for you! If you’d also like a fresh linen change for a small fee, just let us know and we’ll get that scheduled at the same time.
