Ubicado justo en la playa, este espacioso condominio de una habitación y dos baños tiene impresionantes vistas del Golfo, pisos y electrodomésticos renovados y tiene capacidad para seis. Decorado en relajantes colores de diseño con un toque costero, la unidad tiene un dormitorio con una cómoda cama king size, TV de pantalla plana grande y baño privado con ducha / bañera; dos literas en una alcoba del pasillo con colchones nuevos, un segundo baño con ducha y cocina abierta de tamaño completo con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable, área de comedor y sala de estar con un sofá cama que tiene un nuevo colchón de matrimonio. ¡Estar en el noveno piso significa que tiene fabulosas vistas sin obstáculos del Golfo por millas!

Hemos equipado los baños con nuevas toallas blancas mullidas y artículos de tocador ecológicos de alta gama, incluida loción. Todos los colchones están completamente cubiertos con fundas a prueba de chinches.

Además de una cafetera, licuadora y tostadora, la cocina tiene todos los elementos básicos que necesita para preparar recetas familiares favoritas o una cena romántica en el balcón.

Destin stay

Excellent location. Very clean condo and spacious. Amazing views! Would stay there again and highly recommend. The owner was in constant communication every day checking to make sure all was good.

Winter getaway

We had a wonderful winter getaway from the cold Midwest! The property was really nice and the beach was beautiful. The check in could not have been easier and it was quiet and relaxing.

Condo on the Beach

The listing was just as described and pictured. We enjoyed our stay. Souvenir shops and restaurants near by. The ocean view was beautiful! The pizza from the cafe downstairs was really good and we enjoyed the little tiki bar near the pool

This view is absolutely AMAZING! It was clean and beautifully decorated! It was missing some amenities that I expected to be there such as tin foil/ saran wrap, beach towels, toilet paper holder in the main bathroom was gone, lightbulb in the hallway was out. The directions say to get a Visitors Pass @ the gate when you check in but that had to be done @ the front desk. Parking was not plentiful. Other than these few minor things, the place was great!

Awesome vacation spot!

This is mine and my husband’s second time to stay in this condo. It is always very nice and clean. I love it because it’s right on the beach, has a beautiful view, and is in the center of everything. There are lots of nearby restaurants to eat at and the shopping mall is nearby as well. The owner is really nice too and easy to get in touch with should you need anything. I would definitely recommend!

Dolphins, Tiki Bar and Easy Beach Access!

This was SUCH a great place to stay in Destin! The place was a lot bigger than it looked in the pictures. The view is incredible with dolphins swimming daily in view off our balcony, and the kitchen/bathrooms and rooms were super clean. The only unfortunate parts 1) two out of the four of the elevators didn’t work, 2) the hot tub was busy at all hours (and over capacity), and 3) not a lot of restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay again at this condo though overall!

Nice condo, gorgeous views, but NOT a family friendly beach

This was our first family trip to Destin. So I will start with some of the good memories. The white sand and turquoise waters are absolutely beautiful. The area has many attractions, shops, and recreational things to do. If you can't find somewhere to eat nearby, you must not be hungry. Overall the area offers many attributes to make this a great place to vacation. Now to the not so good. As much as we loved the condo, the views, and the hospitality the condo owner gave us, the Pelican Beach Resort apparently has policies that dictate where you may or may not set up your beach chairs and things. We booked this resort over many others available, because we (being a group of 4 families with 16 young children), wanted to have easy access to the beach. Well come to find out, even though it was only a quick elevator ride down to the beach, upon arrival you find rows of umbrellas and lounge chairs sitting at the waterfront. First thought was maybe we were too late setting up and didn't get our choice. So the next day we get up at 6:30 to set up an area on the beach. Once again, we see men setting up the beach service chairs and umbrellas at the waterfront, causing us to set up 20 yards away from the water. Once seeing a pattern of this, we just had to ask what is going on. Well to make a long story short, the Pelican Beach Resort has decided to "Commercialize" their beach. They have given the right of access to a beach service company that, depending on the day, will use anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2 of the beach in front of the Pelican. So if you have small children like we do, you can't see them by the water because of so many umbrellas and chairs in front of you. The condo buildings also on the left and right of the Pelican have security personnel and chains in place to make sure you don't wander onto their "property". It seemed much different compared to other areas in both Florida and Alabama we've been too. So to sum it up, if you are looking for a resort for a great beach access and waterfront, you may want to look into their beach policies before booking.

Great Stay - Accurate Listing

The description and pictures of the property were spot on. It was perfect for our family of four! The owner was attentive and took care of needs and questions. This is large property, so the beach was crowded, but not too bad. The property was listed as having coin laundry on each floor - 1 washer and 1 dryer per floor - we had to floor 2 floors down to find washers and dryers in working condition. 3 floors near us was out of order - only complaint but that wasn’t the unit, it was the property.

Home away from home

This is our third time staying here. It’s always so nice and clean! It is in the perfect location in Destin to all the restaurants and shopping. We always love and enjoy our stay here, and I am sure we’ll be back to stay again.

Fantastic!

Great condo! View was amazing, I got great shots of dolphins playing in the surf. Pool was super warm even though the weather for our stay was quite chilly. Don't know how comfy the bed was in the master, the sofabed was plenty. We just slept with the balcony door open so we could hear the surf all night, which was awesome. Property owner was super responsive and had met all our needs leading up to and during our stay. Will stay in this one again!

November stay

This condo has everything you need during your stay. It’s close by to great restaurants. You can’t beat the view ! But just know at the first of November a lot of shops and restaurants close for the season.

15th anniversary stat

The pictures look exactly like the property! From the balcony you can see the dolphins swimming in the morning and evening. The beach is literally just a few steps away. We had a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed to cook meals. The only thing is from the bedroom you hear a little outside noise, people coming and going. It was a wonderful stay and we’d definitely go back!!

Great Condo on the beach

Great condo right on the beach. Great places to eat close by. View out the balcony was awesome. Love the ocean view. Great place to stay
