A luxury home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a gorgeous rural setting on the hilltop 5min from Kohukohu village. With an outdoor hot tub/spa pool and expansive deck, this beautiful home will take your breath away. With uninterrupted views of the Hokianga Harbour on the West Coast. An incredible place to unwind and relax.

The space
The whāre has open-plan living in the main area this allows the lower interior to open up to the surrounding views.

The kitchen is complete with gas hob, oven, coffee machine, a kauri island, microcarpa slab bar and extends to the dining area, a wood burning stove in the living area keeps the house warm during winter. All kindling and wood are provided for your stay.

The Master Bedroom is located upstairs, looking out to the harbour and includes a king bed. Doors open up to the deck allowing a full indoor/outdoor experience right from your bed.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are also upstairs, located on the opposite side of the main bedroom looking out to the property. All bedrooms upstairs share the use of the main bathroom which has a shower, spa bath, toilet and vanity.
All bedrooms upstairs benefit from double opening doors allowing the rooms to fully open up to the deck.

Bedroom 4 is located on the main floor, looking out to the harbour from a large window and includes a king bed with easy access to the 2nd bathroom.

Outdoors the expansive deck is set for outdoor dining and of course the hot tub/spa pool, for guests to use all-year round.

Everything you require for a refreshing escape awaits at this tranquil Hokianga hideaway.

All amenities supplied, towels, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap), tea, coffee, milk, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, firewood, gas for BBQ.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property and surrounding gardens.
Other things to note
Access to the property - Due to the steep metal driveway a 4WD vehicle is recommended or experienced drivers.

The hot tub/spa pool can be accessed from all areas of the the house. Access to the hot tub/spa pool should be restricted by closing and securing the lid unless a responsible adult is supervising when required.
