This private two-bedroom home is split across two levels and is positioned to make the most of the incredible views of Lake Whakatipu and the surrounding mountain ranges.
Enjoy the sun-drenched decks and modern living spaces complete with electric BBQ and outdoor seating, creating the perfect ambience to relax with a good book or simply sit back and admire the views.
The open plan kitchen/dining and living area is perfectly laid out and fully equipped to enjoy delicious meals from home. Both bedrooms feature their own private ensuite and a separate toilet downstairs makes this home a great choice for two couples, friends or small families traveling together.
Basking in year-round sun, with underfloor heating throughout and an open fire will ensure you are kept cosy on cool winter days.
The lakeside trail is a short stroll away and follows the lake around the Kelvin Heights Golf Course or all the way into Queenstown central if you are feeling more adventurous. There is also a pickup point at ‘Bayview’ for the local water taxi which takes passengers over to Frankton or into central Queenstown.
Please note there is only air conditioning in the kitchen area. The bedrooms feature fans.
