This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 10 adults, 12 all togeter if children ages 13 and under are included. This applies 24/7.

Please note: the private boat dock is not available for boat use. However, guests are welcome to launch kayaks and paddle boards from the dock area during their stay.

Escape to the expansive primary suite upstairs with gas fireplace, flat screen TV, king bed, sitting area with bay windows and queen sofa-sleeper, plus ensuite bath with dual sinks and large walk-in shower. The 2nd upstairs bedroom has a king bed and workspace. The 3rd has a queen bed and workspace. The 4th has a full bed, and the 5th features a twin-over-full bunk. The 6th bedroom is downstairs with a queen bed and 40" Smart TV.

The downstairs great room dining table seats 10, with seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The open kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space for family meals. Kitchen appliances include a Vitamix Blender, Instapot, and Cuisinart Food Processor. Multiple living areas include a downstairs living room with gas fireplace and an upstairs suite with gas fireplace and 75" Smart TV. A cozy downstairs nook seats 4 with a wood-burning stove. An upstairs game table seats 4.

We manage several nearby homes for larger groups. Once confirmed, a rental agreement will be sent. The home includes a starter supply of essentials.

Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Street parking is prohibited
• Outdoor areas may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. Strict rules for pet behavior must be followed and are outlined in your rental agreement.
NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in a privacy-safe way to ensure quiet stays. Exterior cameras may be present to monitor parking compliance. No indoor surveillance is used.
