Bay View West:

This Amazing Bay View home is located directly across the Siuslaw River from Old Town Florence. Bay View West offers amazing views, a large open floor plan with two living spaces, a very comfortable and inviting bar / game room, an outside BBQ area with picnic tables, a small pond between the homes and plenty of parking for boats or sand toys. When first entering Bay View West you will immediately notice the attention to detail from the craftsmanship to the tasteful decor. Walk upstairs to the living room with huge picture windows and those amazing views of old town Florence where you will have the perfect view of fireworks on the 4th of July. Your whole family is sure to enjoy the large living space with big screen TV's on either floor. At dinner time the spacious gourmet kitchen will inspire meals with friends and family where you will make amazing memories together. The heated garage has been completely outfitted for family fun with comfortable seating, games, and even a bar for entertaining. On warm days open the garage door to expand your entertainment area with a covered BBQ and picnic tables. At bed time this amazing home has two large private master suites, one on the upper level then the other on the lower level. Both suits face the Siuslaw River and have king size beds, private bathrooms, and TV's. The lower suite has a twin trundle bed to sleep two extra family members. This home is a quick drive to multiple access points on the Oregon Coast including dunes, ocean 
beaches, the popular South Jetty Road, Heceta Lighthouse, the famous Sea Lion Caves, and of course the city of Florence is just across the river. The charming Old Town section of the city 
is filled with lovely shops, cafes, galleries, and restaurants.
 You will also be minutes from numerous trailheads for hiking or mountain biking. The 
coastal forests flourishing in Douglas fir and Sitka spruce extend nearly to the Ocean.

 Some trails wind up over and through sand dunes offering hikers the opportunity to 
experience the unique natural wonders of this area.
