As you step inside, the open concept floor plan welcomes you with its stylish decor and warm wood flooring. The full kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream. Equipped with gleaming stainless steel appliances, it provides a modern and functional space for all your cooking endeavors. Whether you're preparing a gourmet feast or simply brewing your morning coffee, this kitchen is up to the task.



The Schubert Inn features three luxurious bedrooms, each offering a comfortable king-sized bed. After a day of adventures in Fredericksburg, you'll look forward to sinking into these inviting beds for a restful night's sleep.



The two full bathrooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed. Walk-in showers offer plenty of room to refresh, and the master bathroom adds an extra touch of luxury with a jetted tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.



Outside, a shared pool awaits, offering a refreshing escape from the Texan heat. Whether you prefer leisurely laps or simply lounging poolside with a good book, this pool is an inviting spot. Comfortable sun loungers invite you to soak up the sunshine.



For those who enjoy the art of grilling, a gas grill is available for outdoor feasts. You can dine al fresco under the open sky with a perfect setting to enjoy a snack or a meal.



It's important to note that this wonderful retreat shares its outdoor space with the pool and gas grill with three other cottages on-site.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $63.87 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

1. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be available via the Happy guest link.

2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit (if available) at your vacation rental.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
