Welcome to your dream family home! With ample space inside and out, luxurious appointments, and separate areas for multiple age groups, this property has everything you need to create your own personal oasis. Enjoy the undercover outdoor hot tub, WIFI and TVs with Netflix in 4 areas. Relax as all the linen and towels are provided for you. It's the perfect place to entertain, relax and create lasting memories with your loved ones.
Please note that the additional fee for your stay covers cleaning, linen, and a spa clean before your arrival, ensuring a seamless experience for you.
BLAIRGOWRIE BEACH & SPA Terms and Conditions
1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY • Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. CHECK IN / OUT • Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. Refer to the house manual when your booking is confirmed for the key location and your unique code.
3. SECURITY BOND • A bond payment of $1,000 is allocated to the booking. • Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management as a result of breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc.
4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS ● Parties are not allowed, and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is in a residential street. No loud music to be played after 8pm during the weekdays including Sunday and after 10pm on Friday and Saturday night. Disobeying these rules may result in potentially losing your bond and being evicted from the property.
5. PETS ● Pets are allowed at the property however not inside the home. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets. Any evidence of pets being inside may incur extra cleaning fees.
6. LINEN AND TOWELS ● All linen and towels are supplied for your convenience. Lost or damaged hired linen / towels may incur costs.
7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS ● If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the phone number provided on the booking request, please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact with you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange a security patrol car to attend the home to investigate the complaint. If this were to occur, then guests will be charged $300 + GST. ● Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to management prior to departure from the property. ● We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while staying at our property.
8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES • You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours. • You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of property during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. • Only the guests agreed to in the booking may stay in the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without refund. • Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip. • Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card. • All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. • The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay. • You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys in the event of losing the keys will be provided at an additional charge of $100. • Smoking is not permitted in the house.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

NEIGHBOURHOOD The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.
GETTING AROUND There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.
ADDITIONAL RULES Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily.
