Home built in 2023! Central to all the fun and action in Garden City! Nearby walking/biking path, walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Marina and beach are just a few minutes away. Community clubhouse with pool, hot tub, and game room! Theater room with comfortable seating! The home is furnished with all new appliances, furniture, linens, towels, and amenities!
Main Level
The kitchen has everything needed to prepare and serve meals. Plenty of counter space, new appliances, high-tech fridge, and a pantry to storage all your snacks and ingredients! During meals, you are welcome to gather at the dining table, venture out to the picnic table on the patio, or kick your feet up on the couch and watch something on the mounted smart TV. There is also a BBQ grill on the patio.
The master suite is spacious and luxurious with a king bed, large closet, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and double-sink vanity. The other bedroom on this floor also has a king bed and a smart TV. Another full bathroom is located on this floor with a washer and dryer are across the hallway.
Upstairs
Some of the home's best amenities are on the top level! Enjoy playing games, watching TV, and making memories up there with your friends or family. Enjoy the comfortable seating, smart TV and game table (ping pong/pool in one) in the living room. Perhaps the most appealing amenity at this home is the theater room! A 130-inch screen and projector make this room the best spot in the house! Your group can have a movie night or view the big game from the comfort of the quality leather sectional.
There is bountiful room upstairs for many guests to sleep comfortably. Two triple bunk beds are in the theater room to sleep a total of 6. (The triple bunks have a weight limit of 110 pounds per top and middle bunks. The bottom bunk does not have a weight limit.) There are three additional bedrooms on this floor. One of these bedrooms has a king bed and another has a queen, both with smart TVs. The last bedroom on this floor can sleep a total of 10 guests; there are two queen beds, and two triple bunk beds. Two full bathrooms are upstairs.
Out the back door, there is a brand new hot tub; the most relaxing spot to unwind after a long day at the beach or on the slopes! Guests are free to use the grill, picnic table, propane fire pit, and basketball hoop out back. There is no shortage of fun and excitement at Kodiak Bay!
The Property
The subdivision is directly off of Bear Lake Boulevard, and a bike/walking path borders the road. Bring your bicycles or rent them locally and get around town without the car! All your favorite restaurants are just down the street to the South.
The driveway and two-car garage offer five parking spots for guests. There is EV charging capability in the garage for guests to bring their own cord to charge their vehicles.
Traveling North of the home, you'll find Bear Lake State Park marina and public beach, it's only a few minutes away. Keep traveling North and you'll reach North Beach State Park!
