Great space!! 2 king beds and one bunk room, be mindful the bunks are on the smaller side but fits a 17-18 yr old. Awesome balcony with fantastic views for that morning coffee or evening tea!!

Overall, fantastic property. We've stayed in this building before and this was right in line with other condos. Very well stocked, only had to run the dishwasher once at the end of our stay for a 5 night stay. I've stayed in some places where there isn't a lot of dishes but this one was very well stocked. Also, plenty of towels and other necessity type items like paper towels, laundry soap, etc. The only slight knock was that the floors almost looked like they hadn't been vacuumed. There were a lot of crumbs under the table and other parts of the living areas and we found a fair amount of hair on the bathroom floors. There was a vacuum in the utility closet, so we ran it ourselves. The team was very quick to respond to questions or issues so that was appreciated as well.

Great condo in perfect lication!

Perfect spot to stay while visiting winter park to ski. Easy access to bus and walking to restaurants. Large shared hot tub is a close walk. We would stay here again!

‘25 Feb Ski Trip

Unit was very modern and located in a very convenient location in the town of Winter Park. Very clean and open living room. Plenty of essentials provided within the unit and the surplus of towels was greatly appreciated. Hot tub was much bigger than anticipated. Property manager’s responses were very quick and helpful. Overall the unit exceeded expectations and made for a great vacation in Winter Park, would definitely recommend.

Great modern space with close proximity to restaurants and retail

The building is brand new and finishes were top of the line. Furniture is very comfy and space feels homey. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need including coffee. Shared hot tub fits 17 people and is much larger than what we were used to. Parking is great for a mountain town with a designated garage space and ample surface parking. Location is solid with walkability to pretty much any location in the town and a short 5-minute drive to the resort. We will stay here again.

Very nice, comfortable unit. Good beds, well appointed kitchen, great location. Nice garage parking . Only issue, walls between units lack and insulation or sound proof, can easily hear tv for next unit while in bedroom. I would stay at this location again

Beautiful new, comfy condo

Condo was very nice - spacious. all new, high end finishes. We enjoyed our stay very much.The only negative was sound transmission from other condos via the duct work. On our last night we went to be only to be awakened by loud voices and music - apparently from the TV in the adjoining condo.

Great location, great place

This condo was very nice. Everything you could want for a vacation, extremely easy process. If you're going to the mountain, there is a bus that picks up and stops off literally at the front door. Look for the yellow line schedule. Several other lines drop off 100 yards away.

Very comfortable spot!

This place has a spacious kitchen and nice modern feel, everything worked and we loved that there were extra pillows, blankets, bath and kitchen towels. The parking spot (w/EV charger) is tight but pretty perfect during the winter. Host was quick and easy to communicate with for our few questions. We walked to The Ditch on 40 for yummy margaritas and drove to Hernando's Pizza, our kids favorite. Sweet location! THANK YOU!
