This rare sea view mansion is located on a prestigious street in West Vancouver, Overlooking the bay of England, Lions Gate Bridge, City. 7,022 Sq ft of luxurious living space can easily accommodate 16 guests. You can search for "Luxury Private Resort in Vancouver" (excluding basement) on YouTube.
Elegantly decorated room has everything you will need, evergreen garden, pool, hot tub, sauna, piano, sea view patio, BBQ, all of which will bring you a luxurious and memorable stay experience.

This Spanish-style mansion is the handiwork of Robert Bulgur Architecture, located on over 0.60 Acre private lot, gated property with Heated Driveway. The luxury property extends far beyond its perimeter with views that are second to none in the best location of the greater Vancouver area. close to Capilano Suspension Bridge and ski resort Grouse Mountain. Only a few minutes’ drive to the Park Royal shopping center, beaches, cafes, restaurants and so on, Stagger the rush hour, only fourteen minutes to Vancouver city center.
The designer used a lot of floor-to-ceiling glass windows to perfectly integrate the unparalleled outdoor beauty and used Italian granite and marble to decorate the entire house. After entering the main floor, you can see the gorgeous high-ceilinged foyer with a glass sunroof. On the left are a huge bright living room and a bar and a Yamaha grand piano. You can feel the amazingness of every part of the house from the handmade spiral staircase.
The ocean view dining room on the right can easily accommodate 16 people, and the well-equipped kitchen will make you love cooking. There is also an elegant garden-view family room (with a sofa bed) and a breakfast bar with seats six.
There are three spacious and bright ocean-view suites and one garden-view suite on the upper floor, all of which have separate bathrooms and balconies, and one pool view bedroom.The master bedroom has an area of up to 693 sq ft, equipped with SILIK furniture and a large bed of 2*2.2 meters, as well as a bathroom with an excellent ocean view. There is also a beautiful glass-roofed office in the middle, perfectly designed to ensure privacy in each room.
In addition to the gorgeous rooms that will give you the feeling of being in a palace, the most attractive thing about this house is not only the beautiful backyard oasis and charming outdoor decorations, swimming pool are just standard configurations for mansion, the landscape is a resource that cannot be replicated! That’s why the 1616 sq ft sea view patio in the front yard is so precious. Soaking in the hot tub here, lying on the swing or chaise longue, admiring the bright city lights and yachts, the feeling would be absolutely unforgettable.
We are happy to provide space for creative projects (photo shoots/film shoots) but we ask for transparency so we can discuss details and make sure the right steps are taken.

British Columbia mandates that landlords must reside in their property, otherwise short-term rentals are not allowed! So host Leo lives in a ground-floor garden unit with a private entrance and an inner door featuring a double-cylinder deadbolt lock. This design ensures guests enjoy complete privacy and receive personalized service. (I'm there sometimes)
We are committed to making your stay as enjoyable and comfortable,and fully respect the privacy of our guests, The host will only be there when you need him. I will be available via telephone, text or email 24/7 during your stay.
Swimming Pool:
Use swimming pool at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty,we are not responsible for any accidents that may occur. The pool is not separately gated so for guests with younger kids we require an adult to be outside with them at all times. No glass containers in or around the pool!
The heated pool is operational all year,and we reserve to right to close the pool depending on weather and maintenance status.
Please don't urinate in the pool, the sauna below the pool has full restrooms.
Hot Tub:
The hot tub is operational all year,but not guaranteed for all stays.
Please take a shower before entering and no drinks/food in the hot tub. No glass containers in or around the hot tub. If you unreasonably leave the hot tub water in bad condition (beyond normal usage), you will be charged a $150 water change fee.
Sauna Room:
Sauna room is operational all year,but not guaranteed for all stays.
Please rinse it off after using the sauna.
Please note:Underfloor heating is only available from November 20th to April 20th.
Air conditioning is open from June 1st - August 31st.
The bathtub in the master bedroom can only be soaked and has no massage function,Please do not attempt to open it.
There will be gardeners and maintenance crew on site from time to time working on the general upkeep of the property, you may see them in the garden,It will not impact your trip we just like to let guests know.
