The Space:

Coffee Pot #9 is a beautifully renovated 2-bedroom/2-bath condo with scenic Red Rock views, plenty of living space, and conveniently located in the popular Casa Bonita complex, right in the heart of West Sedona. Close to many popular trails, restaurants, and shops!  



This 1400-square-foot Southwestern style condo is completely furnished with warm personal touches throughout, including a cozy gas fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, updated tile/carpet, and full-size washer/dryer. The unit offers central air conditioning and comfortably sleeps 4 guests in two classically furnished bedrooms with all the amenities of home. The indoor living area has an open floorplan with ample space for you and your guests to gather, share meals, and create memories. Unit has a small private balcony with views in front, plus a large outdoor deck in back (also with a view and a private BBQ!), offering tranquil outdoor spaces to relax or entertain. Working remote? The downstairs has a dedicated work space with desk, lamp, and chair. Coming with toys? You’ll find plenty of safe storage for bikes, etc. in your private garage.



The owner understands people want to travel with their animals — but would like to approve in advance with the considered guidelines/restrictions: 



1) Dogs only, up to 2 max.

2) No bigger than 45 pounds each - No aggressive breeds or puppies (less than one-year-old).  

3) Must be housebroken.   

4) Dogs must not be left unattended on the back deck.

5) Dogs must not be allowed on the furniture.  

6) Guest provides your usual $200 non-refundable pet fee.

Getting Around:

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley LINX Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.
