This was a beautiful home. Was exactly as advertised. Well stocked, very clean, great neighborhood. Made our stay that much nicer and enjoyable.

Great Stay

Nice Neighborhood. Clean and new house. Nice staging, and well stocked with laundry detergent, dish soap, linens & towels. Well stocked with kitchen utensils as well. Stay was great.

Great Cabin for Families

We had an awesome stay. Thank for being so hospitable! We arrived early, so we are able to check in early no problem. They also gave us a courtesy one hour late check out. I enjoyed the hot tub and the open concept for floor plan was really great for our family.

Beautiful, clean new home with an excellent open floor plan and very comfortable beds. Communication with the property managers was outstanding; my texts received a response within minutes. Location was convenient for day trips to Sedona, Grand Canyon, Jerome and my mom’s favorite: Bearizona! House is well stocked. It is close to the highway but noise machines were provided and the highway “hum” was not an issue. Would stay here again, for sure.

Incredible Cabin Close to Everything

Our family LOVED this fabulous cabin! It was beautifully decorated and very clean. Its location is close to anything you want to do in Flagstaff and made it easy to get around to other places like the Grand Canyon. I will admit that the street noise was a little more bothersome than I expected, but the white noise machines they provided made a world of difference. We slept well and were very comfortable. Our kids loved having a TV in the bunk room and we all enjoyed the hot tub! We would eagerly book Le Cabin Noir again! Thank you!

Insane

The only thing wrong with this property is that i dont own it. Amazing industrial style building with all of the luxury amrnities. Slight road noise but nothing that would deter us leaving less than 5 stars. Very small hiccups were resolved immediately. We will stay here again.

Beautiful Cabin Wonderful Stay

Pros: Cabin was beautful and spotless. Communication with hosts and any questions/issues were answered quickly. Check in and check out were easy and no issues at all. Nice touches with the cabin - towels for the hot tub, coffee pods for the keurig. Little things that were very thoughtful. Furniture and bedding are very comfortable. The location was central to everything. Quick runs to the grocery. So many restaurants nearby. Grand Canyon and Sedona were lovely day trips. The location was also the only con. It is very close to the highway. Road noise was definitely an issue. I am a light sleeper so it was problematic me. The rest of the group had no problem with sleeping. The hosts are kind enough to supply white noise machines and disposable ear buds to lessen the impact and as i said I was the only one who had issues with sleeping. The road noise also impacted our enjoyment of the wonderful deck, we didnt sit out as much as we would normally would. But it truly is a lovely cabin.

During your stay, you experienced an issue with the spa, which we understand was frustrating. As soon as this was reported, we provided troubleshooting guidance and scheduled a technician for the following day. The issue was resolved promptly, and we issued a refund for the time the spa was unavailable. The refund was processed back to the card on file, and a receipt was provided at that time. While we understand the concern regarding how long it took for the refund to appear, processing times are determined by the bank and are unfortunately outside of our control. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to responding quickly and fairly whenever issues arise.
