As soon as you enter the home, you are greeted with modern decor that sets you perfectly in vacation mode. The open living area includes a custom-built bar, perfect for getting some work done or extra dining.

The living area opens up to the private pool area, which provides panoramic views of the Oasis Club, truly transporting you to a resort-like atmosphere. Florida Glass surrounding the patio provides privacy from the neighbors. If you are not soaking in the spillover spa or pool, you may find yourself lounging on one of the four sun loungers. If you prefer the shade, grab a book and grab a seat in the covered living area, or watch a show on the wall-mounted smart tv. Florida provides some excellent weather for outdoor dining, so guests will be delighted to enjoy a meal on the covered outdoor dining table for eight. Two outdoor fans are perfect to keep the warm air flowing on the hot summer days.

Downstairs, guests will find two of the nine bedrooms. The front king bedroom gives a nice beach vibe with its pink flamingo walls. Guests will enjoy the 70” wall-mounted smart tv with cable, and have access to a shared bathroom that has a double vanity and shower. In the back of the home, the downstairs king master has a bright and airy feel with a teal accent wall. The water closet is closed off and can also provide access to the pool area.

Strap in and go ahead to head on the Fast & Furious, side-by-side racing arcade. For the hoopsters in the family, plenty of time will be spent trying to get the highest score on the Street Basketball arcade. The true arcade fans will have some nostalgia as they get to play head-to-head on a multi-arcade video game that includes tons of retro games for you to enjoy. Some believe that air hockey and cool should be an Olympic sport, and on your family vacation, it can be, as both of these are also included in your private Arcade! Video game fans will enjoy a custom game station with 55-inch TV matching gaming chairs, and Xbox game station. Everyone will be able to take their favorite show movie or game on the separate 55-inch wall-mounted smart TV. With all of this entertainment in your own vacation home, you will find yourself not having to go out to parks and local attractions as much. The hassle of not dealing with crowds, and paying for all of the extras, will truly add value to this vacation.

If you thought the entertainment was going to end in the arcade, you were mistaken! Upstairs, the loft has been converted into its own private movie theater offering guests nine movie-style reclining chairs with cupholders to enjoy watching their favorite movie on the 85-inch wall-mounted smart TV with a sound bar. LED lights surrounding the room help give an even more realistic theater feel. A full bathroom located just off the theater has a tub/shower combo.

The rest of the remaining bedrooms are also on the second floor. At the top of the stairs, the little galaxy, Travelers will find the resting space in the twin bunk bedroom, which features two twins over twin bunk beds and sleeps for kids. They were winded down with her favorite show or movie on the 55-inch wall-mounted smart TV. This bedroom shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with double vanity and shower, with the upstairs yellow king bedroom this stylish bedroom offers guests, a 55-inch wall-mounted, smart TV and wall-controlled ceiling fan for attic comfort.

Just beyond the theater, guests will enjoy the large bedroom that includes three queen size beds, and custom murals of some of our famous local friends! This bedroom also has a 55-inch wall-mounted, smart TV and wall-controlled ceiling fan for additional comfort. The front corner king bedroom offers guests, a 55-inch smart TV, an additional chair as well as a wall-controlled ceiling fan.

Get whisked away to a much colder land in the middle king bedroom. This bedroom, adorned with custom murals of a couple of our favorite princesses, and snowy pals, has custom icicle lights hung all around, giving a nice cool feel! A 55-inch wall-mounted. Smart TV is perfect for catching your favorite movies or shows in this room. Also includes a wall-controlled ceiling fan. This bedroom shares a bathroom that has a double vanity and shower, with the back king-corner bedroom. This King Bedroom also gives a nice Key West feel with teal walls all around and flamingo artwork on the walls. This room features a 65-inch wall-mounted smart TV, as well as a wall-controlled ceiling fan. Lastly, guests will tuck in at night in the upstairs king blue bedroom, which sits next door to the twin bunk room. All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
