The Space:

Soft winter light settles over Alta Lake as you take in the quiet rhythm of the season, with snow-dusted peaks rising beyond the shoreline. Evenings unfold by the outdoor fireplace on the deck, where you can warm up after time on the nearby slopes. Inside, vaulted ceilings and wide windows frame the landscape, keeping the mountains close even as you settle into the calm of the townhouse.



Sleeping arrangements

The upper level includes three bedrooms designed with comfort and privacy in mind. The primary bedroom has a king bed, stone fireplace, walk-in closet, and a private deck overlooking the lake, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a deep soaking tub, a glass-enclosed rain shower, and a double vanity. The second bedroom offers a king-split configuration that can be arranged as a king or two singles and includes its own walk-out deck. The third bedroom features two sets of twin bunks and a large window that brings in natural light. A second bathroom on this floor provides a soaking tub and shower combo, while a powder room on the main level adds extra convenience.



Living spaces

The open-concept lounge is designed for gathering, with vaulted ceilings and expansive windows that showcase the lake and mountains. Retractable glass doors connect the lounge to the spacious deck, where a gas fireplace offers a cozy spot to unwind in the cooler months. The layout creates an easy flow between indoors and out, giving you space to relax after exploring Whistler or spending the day on the nearby Whistler and Blackcomb ski lifts.



Kitchen and dining

The chef’s kitchen includes a 10-foot island, a 5-burner gas cooktop, and the appliances and space needed for preparing meals together. It opens to a dining area that seats eight, with additional seating at the island for more casual moments.



Outdoor living

Located just above Lakeside Park, the townhouse provides direct access to Alta Lake via the Valley Trail. In winter, you can step outside to enjoy the quiet lakeshore before returning to the deck to warm up by the outdoor fireplace.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio and balcony. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Nestled along the shores of Alta Lake, this quiet community offers direct access to Lakeside Park, perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, or relaxing on the beach in summer. Guests can enjoy scenic walks or bike rides along the Valley Trail, which connects Lakecrest to Whistler Village, Creekside, and nearby parks. In winter, you're close to both Whistler and Blackcomb ski lifts, with easy access by car.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios and decks

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
