Sleeping arrangements
The upper level includes three bedrooms designed with comfort and privacy in mind. The primary bedroom has a king bed, stone fireplace, walk-in closet, and a private deck overlooking the lake, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a deep soaking tub, a glass-enclosed rain shower, and a double vanity. The second bedroom offers a king-split configuration that can be arranged as a king or two singles and includes its own walk-out deck. The third bedroom features two sets of twin bunks and a large window that brings in natural light. A second bathroom on this floor provides a soaking tub and shower combo, while a powder room on the main level adds extra convenience.

The open-concept lounge is designed for gathering, with vaulted ceilings and expansive windows that showcase the lake and mountains. Located just above Lakeside Park, the townhouse provides direct access to Alta Lake via the Valley Trail. In winter, you can step outside to enjoy the quiet lakeshore before returning to the deck to warm up by the outdoor fireplace.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio and balcony. Parking is available in a private double garage, suitable for two small to mid-sized vehicles. Check-in is contactless, with access via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Guests can enjoy scenic walks or bike rides along the Valley Trail, which connects Lakecrest to Whistler Village, Creekside, and nearby parks. In winter, you're close to both Whistler and Blackcomb ski lifts, with easy access by car.

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios and decks
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
