Crisp air follows you inside after time outdoors, giving way to the soft glow of the indoor fireplace and the comfort of a vaulted living space framed by panoramic mountain views. This peaceful setting offers a calming place to unwind between days spent exploring Whistler’s winter trails, slopes, and village paths.



The Space

Set within the lakeside Nicklaus North community, this two-bedroom condo offers a bright and open layout designed for relaxing, gathering, and taking in the surrounding scenery. Large picture windows bring in natural light even on snowy days, while views of Green Lake and the Whistler, Blackcomb, and Wedge mountains create an ever-present sense of place. The living room, dining area, and full kitchen flow together easily, and the gas fireplace adds a cozy focal point for evenings spent warming up after time outside. Bedrooms sit on opposite sides of the condo for added privacy, and the vaulted ceiling enhances the airy, comfortable feel throughout.



Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom features a king-split bed that can convert into two twins, along with a TV and a spacious walk-in closet. Its ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub with an overhead shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and a generous closet, with a nearby bathroom that includes a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals after winter adventures, complemented by stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. A breakfast bar seats three for casual moments, while the dining table for four offers a comfortable setting with mountain views in sight.



Outdoor living

The private balcony overlooks Green Lake and the surrounding peaks, offering a quiet place to step into the cool winter air. Outdoor furniture is available for use when conditions allow, extending the living space outward to the natural landscape.

Thoughtful conveniences include Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, heating, portable fans, and an indoor fireplace. Bedroom and bathroom essentials, clothing storage, a safe, and hangers are provided. A mudroom offers a practical space for ski or biking gear, while secure underground parking ensures easy year-round access. The building includes an elevator and a private entrance with smart lock self check-in.

Nicklaus North offers a peaceful lakeside atmosphere with direct access to winter trails for cross-country skiing and outdoor exploring. Whistler Village is just minutes away, providing dining, shopping, and access to both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains.



Guest access

Guests have use of the elevator, private entrance, and smart lock entry, creating a smooth and flexible arrival experience in this scenic, quiet lakeside setting.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Nicklaus North is a prestigious neighbourhood located on the southern edge of Green Lake, just a 5-minute drive from Whistler Village. Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. In summer, residents enjoy easy access to golf, Lost Lake trails, and the Valley Trail network. In winter, the neighbourhood transforms into a serene base for Nordic skiing and snowshoeing. With a peaceful, residential feel and close proximity to Whistler’s amenities, Nicklaus North is ideal for guests seeking scenic beauty and quiet luxury.

Other Things to Note:

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios and decks

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

• The Nicklaus North Clubhouse and Table Nineteen Restaurant, including the patio, are located on the ground floor of the building and may occasionally host private events. Please note that private events are permitted until midnight. Table Nineteen Restaurant is open until 9:00 pm daily
