Acogedora Windham / Hunter escapada

Nuestro lugar es un acogedor apartamento de 2 habitaciones en el nivel inferior de nuestra casa con una entrada privada, ubicado en las montañas del norte de Catskill. Está cerca de restaurantes y restaurantes, excelentes vistas, actividades para toda la familia, senderismo, esquí, golf y otras actividades al aire libre. Nuestro lugar es ideal para amigos que viajan juntos, parejas y familias (con niños).
Nuestro apartamento tiene 2 dormitorios con armarios y espacio en el armario para su uso, así como una televisión en una de las habitaciones. Hay un baño con bañera y una cocina abierta, comedor y sala de estar con un televisor inteligente de 55 pulgadas (¡con Netflix para que pueda ver sus programas favoritos!).

** A pesar de que hay una estufa de leña en la sala de estar de madera, por desgracia, las necesidades de trabajo de reparación por lo que no tratar de usarlo!

Esta es una unidad de primer piso, vivimos en la unidad del segundo piso, pero tendrá toda la privacidad y el espacio que necesita.

Great location for a terrific weekend of skiing

Just had a great weekend skiing and couldn't have asked for a better location as our home base. The apartment had everything we needed, was super clean and super convenient. Simone was there anytime we had a question and was a great host. Would definitelyrecommend this VRBO!

Perfect for a family

We had a lovely stay, just minutes from Windham mountain, we could ski and then head back to the property staying safe from COVID and the crowds. It has plenty of space for a family of 4. My only ask would be a washer/dryer as skiing creates lots of wet clothes! Other than that, would definitely stay there on next visit.

Cozy, convenient retreat

This was our second time staying at Simone and Cliff's and it was just as we remembered it: cozy, well decorated, clean, convenient to food and activities with all the comforts of home including snacks, wine and kitchen stocked with basics, books, DVDs, toiletries, etc. Very nice experience all alround.

Very comfortable

We came to area for Catskills mountain thunder motorcycle rally. Great riding and very comfortable house. Couldn’t even tell owners were there but very helpful whenever we had any questions.

Peace and quiet in Hensonville, NY

Very lovely stay. Peaceful, quiet, serene. The apartment was very nice and worked great for my 16 and 17 yr. old. They even said they liked the place and thats a rave from a teenager. Simone was terrific. Would definitely recommend her place. Its private and has all you need to cook. Fire pit was nice and relaxing. Im going to look for a small place so i can get up to the Catskills more often. Thank you Simone...and Cliff!!

Cozy Stay

We LOVED this home. Simone was extremely communicative almost the second after we booked, reminding us once sharing the check-in information to save everything offline because we did not have service up in the beautiful mountains. The house was very clean, ample towels and kitchen appliances. We are big coffee people and the house came stacked with a Chemex, French press, and percolator! They had a fantastic welcome binder with emergency information, resorts, restaurants and shops. The game changer was the basket of snacks, hot chocolate, and bottle of wine upon our arrival, which was eaten immediately since we arrived so late. The house is in a great location, beautiful scenery, close to the town and mountains. We can't wait to come back during winter to stay again!

A home away from home with 5 star service!

Absolutely perfect spot for our family of 4 to have a ski weekend at windham. The place was cozy and warm and we were greeted with the loveliest welcome basket of snacks and wine. It was spotlessly clean, the owners were great and quick at communicating. Simone and Cliff have hosting down to perfection - all the essentials (shampoos/soaps/towels/linens) and so many extras that entertained our family - so many movies dvds, Netflix, wii console. Just a quick 7 minute drive from the mountain so it was really convenient and there were several restaurants nearby - we ordered takeout (tavern 23 was great). Can’t say enough about lovely this weekend was staying here. Thank you!

Perfect Winter Escape

We felt right at home as soon as we opened the door! The apartment is cozy and homey. I was thankful it had everything I needed in the kitchen along with welcome snacks and a bottle of wine. What a treat! Windham mountain is only minutes away. We loved the quiet, tucked away neighborhood away from any noise. Simone was super quick to respond to my questions. We look forward to returning!

Clean, convenient location

The apartment was very clean and was roomy. It was convenient to town, hiking, etc. We were traveling as a couple but there was probably enough space to be with another household and social distance. There was a nice snack basket and wine waiting for us. We did have one issue with the fridge not working properly but Simone was swift to take action and compensate us for some food. Would definitely stay again if in the area

Perfect Catskills Getaway

This is a wonderful place to stay. It's very roomy, with a queen bed in one room and a bunk bed and twin bed in the other. The kitchen has everything one needs to cook a wonderful meal, and the Smart TV was beautiful. They have Disney Plus, which was great because we got to watch Hamilton! There's also a wonderful selection of popular DVD's.

Comfortable stay

We really only needed a comfortable bed to sleep in while we explored potential housing and rehearsal dinner options in the area for our sons wedding next summer. The home was clean and comfortable and it was fully equipped to prepare meals. The space could easily accommodate a family of 4-5 or two couples. It was remote and quiet for sleeping. We heard what we thought was a coyote when we returned late one evening and I took a photo of what I think was a ground hog early one morning. It was great place to stay

Place is amazing

We really enjoyed our weekend at this place. The apartment is exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The place is equipped with everything you can imagine. Communication was excellent. Simone and Cliff are terrific hostess. The was wine and snacks which was really nice. Sitting around firepit and sharing the stories and meal was great. The property located very close to major hiking trails. So far one of best places we ever stayed.

Went here for holiday weekend and really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was neat, clean and comfortable. Great place for a weekend ski getaway.

Cozy, clean, comfortable -perfect stay

Had a great time staying in Simone's property. The place was clean, tidy and cozy. Keys were left there for us to go into - very easy check in. There was wine, snacks, coffee which was nice. Has a huge tv in the living room area which was perfect for sitting down after a day of snowboarding. There were 2 bedrooms which was ideal, a room for my husband and I and one for the kids. We could not have asked for a better stay. It was easily accessible and close to all attractions. Thank you!

Awesome place to stay!

Simone was a terrific hostess.The place is well appointed, cozy, and clean. Our family of four had a great long weekend at Windham thanks to such a great apartment! A nice bottle of wine and basket of snacks greeted us and Simone responded to any and all questions within 30 seconds of asking! She even was nice enough to ship back an iPad we left behind! We plan on staying here again! Great experience overall!!!!

Centrally located between many good hiking trails.

Place is decorated cute and homey. Simone has provided everything you could possibly need. Beds could be more comfortable but otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

Windham Ski Vacation

My family of four stayed at this apartment for a ski trip to Windham. The apartment was awesome. Everyone had a bed and the place was spotless. We watched movies at night and the couch was very comfortable. Windham is only 5 minutes away! Our kids are too big now to jam everyone in a hotel room. This was the perfect solution. Very affordable and it met all of our needs. Zach's Place was just up the street and the food was great. Can't wait to visit again.
