Enjoy this peaceful oasis surrounded by trees in a modern and stylish two bedroom home. Just 15 mins from Windham mountain and 25 mins from Hunter, Tannersville and Hudson, making this the perfect spot to explore the Catskills. The house, set on 1.5 acres of land, is on a quiet country road, ensuring maximum privacy. The outdoor space offers a deck for lounging, picnic table for dining, a fire pit and a couple of hammocks for that midday nap. Spacious 2 car garage w/ space for sports gear.

We had a great stay and would absolutely book again. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Weekend away

Second time here. Real clean, comfortable, and easy to get to. Nice quiet location and close to East Durham and Windham. Went for the weekend and enjoyed ourselves very much. Thank you again for sharing your home.

Weekend ski stay

We loved staying here to ski Windham. Also works for Hunter. It was cozy and comfortable and the host was helpful and accommodating. Would stay here again for sure!

Great place. Amazing area

Great place overall. It’s more like 4 1/2 the biggest just the only negative is they didn’t have a real coffee maker is the first place I’ve stayed at didn’t have really a coffee maker. Also the decor was not my taste. I have a child he was scared of most of the objects that were displayed. Everything else was positive. Excellent communication, area is amazing you have one car passing by per hour. Quite peaceful and 20 min within downtown Windham. Can’t beat it. Recommend overall.

Weekend wedding in area.

We had a nearby wedding and needed a place to stay, my wife and I and another couple stayed at this lovely home and had a wonderful weekend in this clean, up to date very well appointed home. I will definitely be back anytime I’m in the area. I was lucky to have met the owner while there and he was a nice person who couldn’t do enough to be sure we were comfortable and happy. Thank you for sharing the home with us.

Perfect ski weekend home

Perfect place for 2 couples to stay for the weekend! Place was incredibly clean, small kitchen was well organized with everything we needed to cook dinner in, and super accessible to Windham for skiing. 10/10 recommend.

Ideal for us

My wife daughter and I liked this place so much it’s our new go to for the area. We love to ski and its proximity to resorts was perfect. Just book it and stop shopping. Property manager is awesome too.

Lovely spot close to Windham Mountain

Our stay here exceeded expectations. The space is charming, well decorated and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, and we were less than 20 minutes from Windham Mountain. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. Would stay again!

We were a group of 4 adults with two children. This place is exactly how it is described. It’s is peaceful and serene. We had a great time. The home was clean and everything was in working order. Our trip was a nature escape from the hustle and bustle and this place was above and beyond our expectations. The home was clean and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and clean. They provided seasonings and enough utensils along with condiments in the fridge. The home is secluded yet close enough to downtown to enjoy your activities. Our group never had to call the host because everything was perfect. The host left clear instructions and communication was a breeze. The place felt better then the pictures. There is a large driveway so parking two cars was extremely easy, and could fit more if needed. They also said we can use the garage if needed, but we didn’t have a need for it. We were there while it rained so we weren’t able to use the fire pit outside, but the host had left firewood and s’mores if we wanted to. The home really felt like a home away from home. We would definitely book again if we go to Catskills. This place is perfect for a group of four adults. I give this place a 10/10!!!

Maurice and I are international transplants, he hails from Dublin, Ireland, I from NYC, we met in Sierra Leone and have since lived in Ireland, Peru and currently reside in Barbados (with work and travel bringing us to 70 other countries as well).

Feeling a bit homesick, we decided to buy this home to have a foot in NY, close to family but still surrounded by what we love….NATURE!. This little oasis has brought us so much joy, from ziplining to skiing to hiking to rafting to just chilling by the fire pit with a nice glass of wine or walking our dogs, it’s nice to just get away and appreciate the peace and quiet of the Catskills; and we hope that your stay here will do the same for you.
