This property is perfect for a relaxing vacation at one of WA's top 10 beaches in Emu Point. With plenty to do in and around Albany, staying at Fisherman's Rest offers a comfortable and well positioned stay. All facilities are available for use, and guests have the premise to themselves. Children and pets are welcome and safe within an enclosed backyard.

This property has four comfortable bedrooms, all with heating/cooling, television and electric blankets. 3 queen bedrooms and a bunkroom containing two trio bunks will service up to 12 people.

There are 2 bathrooms, one with a separate toilet to shower, and a bath. Washer and dryer also available.

As well as a fully functional kitchen, there is also a large, private outdoor area equipped with a BBQ, protective blinds and furniture. It is a convenient extension of the house.

Emu Point is a renowned holiday destination due to its' beautiful protected beaches perfect for swimming, snorkelling, boating, kayaking and paddle boarding. A scenic dual cycle/walking path will take you to neighbouring Middleton Beach, and up to the Anzac Centre.
There is also smaller paths through the bush within the suburb, providing an excellent opportunity to see local wildlife and nature.

There is a fun, social atmosphere in and around the areas' highlights, such as the local eateries, while the houses maintain a peaceful ambience.
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly.

The city centre, and Albany's many beautiful sights, are a short drive away, with regular buses also an option. Getting around from Emu Point is easy, due to the central location.
