Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom home located at the base of Mt Buller in Sawmill Settlement, the perfect location for your winter snow adventures or a summer exploration of the High Country.
Inside, you'll find a cozy and inviting space with room for the whole family. The home features 3 comfortable bedrooms, perfect for a good night's rest after a day of adventure. An open plan kitchen/living/dining area is perfectly set up with all the modern conveniences you will need.
In addition to its comfortable interior there is the excellent outdoor entertaining area, complete with a gas BBQ, and firepit area. Whether you're grilling up a delicious meal after a day on the slopes and relaxing around the firepit or enjoying a summer evening with friends, this space is sure to delight. And for families with kids, there's a designated area for them to play and burn off some energy. *Please note that wood is NOT provided for the firepit. You can purchase wood from the local service station or supermarket in Mansfield.
Our location in Sawmill Settlement offers easy access to the snowfields of Mt Buller in the winter, with the ski resort just a short drive away. In the warmer months, there are plenty of opportunities to explore the High Country, with hiking, mountain biking, and other outdoor activities all within easy reach. With comfortable accommodation, modern amenities, and a great outdoor area, our property is the perfect home away from home for your next trip to Sawmill Settlement.

No Smoking inside the property.
BYO fire wood for the outside fire pit. There is no wood supplied and wood is not to be taken from the neighbours next door property.
