La hermosa casa frente al lago está justo en la orilla sur del Lago Verde. La casa ha sido completamente actualizada y remodelada. Esta casa grande es perfecta para unas vacaciones familiares y cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, grandes televisores de pantalla plana y WIFI de alta velocidad. A pocos pasos de la nueva cubierta a una playa de arena privada, el porche de 3 estaciones a orillas del lago es perfecto para una cena tranquila o un brunch, juegos o simplemente para disfrutar de este hermoso y tranquilo lago. Te invitamos a ti, a tu familia o amigos a venir y disfrutar del espectacular paraíso natural. Este lago especial es grande (dos mil acres) pero tranquilo y no estaba lleno. Es perfecto para paseos en bote, pesca, natación y tablas de paddle. Nuestro sitio particular tiene una hermosa playa de arena y fondo de arena gradual. Alquilamos año redondo porque las cuatro estaciones tienen su propia belleza única. Esta casa cuenta con camas de primera calidad y aire acondicionado con grandes ventanales para conectarte con la belleza impresionante que te rodea. Tiene una chimenea, Sala de TV, Sala de estar. Primer piso tiene su propia Master Suite con baño privado. El segundo piso tiene 6 dormitorios y cuatro baños completos y 1 habitación espaciosa con literas

Escuche los vientos en la mañana y hermoso, música flotando en el agua desde la famosa Academia de Artes de Interlochen y el campamento de música de verano en la costa de Green Lake.

This was a great house for our multi-generational family. The main floor bedroom and full bathroom were great for my parents. The configuration of the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms gave a lot of flexibility. Well stocked kitchen. Grateful for the easy check out process. Loved the sandy beach. Many places inside and out for all 12 of us to gather as one.

Great vacation at a great house!

The house was bigger and nicer than we expected. Plenty of room for large groups in a beautiful area of Michigan. Property manager was exceptionally polite and helpful.

Beautiful getaway for large family

Perfect accommodations for our family! Beautiful home , lovely view of the lake, many amenities. Kids loved all of the paddle boards, kayaks, sand toys. Great communication with property manager. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again!

Best vacation ever with friends

Pictures do not do justice! Great place to hang out! Kids and adults had a great time kayaking or simply relaxing on the patio. Many attractions are near by, hard part was to get the kids out of the house! Property manager and owner very accommodating and prompt. Love to go back!

Wonderful, Large Vacation House

This house had many amenities included, stacked cabinets with spices and food, laundry and bug spray!! Plenty of beds, people had multiple choices and we were a party of 10. Lake was wonderful and clean. location was in the middle of everything we wanted to do including Sleeping Bears Sand Dune, Pontoon boating, Brew Tour, Kayaking on Pine River and more! Great restaurants nearby and a very close large grocery store. I would recommend to anyone. Really enjoyed this stay.

Interlochen Graduation Stay

This property is amazing. More than enough bedrooms to accommodate a large family. The house was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. There was ample room where we were not on top of one another. The view of Green Lake is beautiful. I highly, highly recommend this property. "The Best Time Of Our Lives"

With the Pandemic and not being able to see our family, we needed this amazing vacation! Your Home became our home for a full week. Our beautiful family were so thankful, and so excited being here at interlochen. We all took advantage of the lake, fishing, conoeing, Paddle boarding and the list goes on! I hope in the near future, at some point we will be back. Thank you again, for sharing your home, we will remember this experience for a life time!

Lake Family Getaway

This home was perfect for our family of ten including three children. Everyone so enjoyed being on a lake with a private beach, and the canoes, kayaks, and children’s toys added to the fun. We loved the three-seasons room to gather after making dinner in the large, well-stocked kitchen. A feature we appreciated was that the master bedroom and bath are accessible on the first floor. Another positive was the location of the home is in proximity to Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes. The property managers were helpful and accommodating. We would recommend this house to those seeking a family getaway or reunion.

As described

The property was just as described. The house was large enough to accommodate 16 of us with privacy and bathrooms sufficient for all. The house sits just feet from a serene lake. There are canoes, kayaks a plenty and a sandy beach. The kitchen is fully stocked and had two large refrigerators with plenty of room for all the food we brought. The house is clean. The place met all our expectations and served well for a large family gathering for 5 days. The owner was responsive to all my questions. You can feel comfortable renting this place.

A very well laid out home on the lake with the baths and bedrooms fully usable and a beautiful beach

Perfect Green Lake Getaway

The pictures do not do justice for this beautiful home. There was ample space to celebrate my parents’ 50th anniversary with 16 of us gathering for the occasion. Fishing was terrific for both largemouth and smallmouth bass. We ventured around Traverse City and the surrounding area and nothing was more than 30 minutes away. Thank you for sharing your home with my family and letting us make some memories that will last a lifetime.

Everything was wonderful!

We stayed here recently with a group of family and close friends and everyone in the group loved it. It's a beautiful house, as clean as could be, comfortable, had everything we needed, and was in a beautiful setting right on the lake. A few restaurants, stores, and a gas station are within a couple of miles, and it's not far to Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

A wonderful place to stay

This is a wonderful house to rent. The property manager is very friendly and helpful. When I walked in the door, I felt like I was in a home, not a rental house. The house was very clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We had 14 adults and we had plenty of room. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful and welcoming home!

My extended family stayed at Penner Lodge Interlochen the first weekend of October. It was the perfect place for our family reunion and everyone commented to me over and over again how much they loved the house. It is a warm and inviting home where we were able to relax, cook together, and talk far into the night. We did not get a whole lot of sleep due to all the talking, but I also heard from everyone how comfortable all the beds were. Thank you so much for making this home available to us. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and we hope that we can come back in 2018. The fall colors were an added bonus to our stay.

Perfect getaway

We had my whole family here for a long weekend and it was absolutely perfect! We had 20 people, and everyone was comfortable. The beach was awesome, house in fantastic shape, overall I would highly reccomend this home. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

This has been a spot our family has enjoyed for nearly 50 years because of it's unique location so close to the water's edge with a sunny exposure and truly spectacular view such a serene and beautiful fresh water lake that never disappoints!

WIthin walking distance of Interlochen Arts camp which features year round top-flight music and arts performances (check out schedule of events at www.Interlochen.org) and it is just a short 15 minute drive into Traverse City which has wonderful restaurants, shopping, movies and a beautiful waterfront on Grand Traverse Bay.
