County Beach House - right on South Bay with incredible Lake Ontario views
This beach house in beautiful Prince Edward County is where you can make some great memories and enjoy all the County has to offer. This picturesque piece of waterfront is located on South Bay just minutes away from Milford. Just down the road from Prince Edwards Famous Black River Cheese company. Feel like touring Picton? Then you're in luck, because it's only a short 10 minute drive.
By day you can soak up the sun on the rocky beach, play lawn games on the huge yard, paddle the bay, or relax indoors with a great view of the water. By night, a beauty fire by the shore while listening to the tree frogs never hurt. Keep an eye out for beavers and otters at dusk.
It's a great spot for those interested in spotting birds of the county. From pileated woodpeckers, to kingfishers and loons, to warblers, swans and blue jays, they all pass by.

This cozy cottage is privately set back from a beautiful rock beach with tons of grass space for lawn games and room for kids to run around. The two bedrooms both comfortably hold queen beds and the kitchen and living room area hold all the amenities to enjoy a worry free stay.
Other things to note
Unfortunately, due to not having a washer and dryer on site, we do not provide sheets, pillow cases, or towels, and ask that you bring those items yourself.
We also ask that you please leave the cottage in the same condition you found it. Floors swept, garbage and recycling tied up in their proper bags and brought out in bins, dishes cleaned and put away, and items placed back where you found them. We appreciate the effort!

The views from the living room, the yard, the beach...from anywhere at the beach house are unforgettable. There are not many properties available in this part of the County, it's a special place!
