Magnolia Place 203 is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom condo located on the 2nd floor with elevator access. The Myrtlewood community it is located in is a pristine and quiet golf community that makes for a perfect golf or beach getaway during both the summer and winter seasons! The condo has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room which features a flat screen TV, and access to a private balcony. The balcony area has a table and chairs so you can relax with your favorite drink or your morning cup of coffee while taking in some fresh air!

Within minutes of the community are several key attractions of Myrtle Beach! You are minutes from the Atlantic Ocean, Broadway at the Beach, the Coastal Grand Mall, and several unique mini-golf courses! You'll have your selection of some of the beaches finest restaurants all within a few minutes drive of your rental unit. Willing to travel? 20 minutes north is Barefoot Landing which proudly hosts Alligator Adventure and the Duplin Winery. 20 minutes south is a premier outdoor shopping experience at the Market Common.

Come enjoy all that the beach has to offer while being in a peaceful community away from the noise of the boulevard.

The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and a private full bathroom with a tv.
The second bedroom features two full size beds with a tv.
In addition, there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The condo comes equipped with a washer/dryer so you can avoid the laundromat during your relaxing trip. It also offers WIFI for the days that you might feel like staying indoors.
Just a short walk from the condo is a sparkling outdoor swimming pool. Magnolia Place also features a BBQ grill area for guests to use.

All linens and bath towels are included. For your convenience, this home includes WiFi, a washer and dryer, and free parking. The unit has a hair dryer, toaster, and blender or guest use!

Southern Coast Vacations has a complete reservations staff that is well versed in all aspects of each of our rentals properties, and the surrounding areas. They work with you during the booking process, before your arrival for additional questions and information, and our staff is available to you 24/7. If at any time you are in need, we are able to assist!

Guests are provided a starting set up paper products. Each bathroom will have a roll of toilet paper and the kitchen will have paper towels and a trash bag provided.

This property is completely non-smoking including all forms of E-cigs and vape pens (this includes the balcony and walk ways).
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
Pets, motorcycles, and trailers are not allowed in this complex.
Linen price is factored into final price of stay.
If you intend on using the sleeper sofa, you will need to provide your own queen size linens.
This property has a maximum occupancy of 6.

Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

Linens will be included in the final total when you book. Please note that all linens are provided in cellophane wrap to insure freshness and cleanliness upon arrival.
