Nestled within the fishing village of Taylors Beach is this immaculate cottage, walking distance to the waters edge, you can enjoy fishing, canoeing, boating, a relaxing swim or just sitting on the sand and relax.
This lovely cottage provides a relaxing and welcoming environment where you can sit back on the front veranda enjoy a drink and just enjoy the peace and quiet of Taylors Beach.

1 x Sofa Bed/Lounge (Located in the family room)
Linen is provided for your stay, all you need to bring with you is beach towels.
Taylors Beach is a suburb of Port Stephens, located is quiet secluded section the coast, best know for fishing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming.
Pets are NOT welcome at this property.
The charging of any electric vehicles, electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is Prohibited in this property.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.
Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.
A $500 Security Deposit (PRE-Authorisation) IS TO BE Held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa.
You can check in anytime between the hours of 3PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.
Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.
