Great location, great stay

Conveniently located near a major highway with quick access to local attractions and plenty of parking. Walkable to local restaurants and convenience stores.

San Diego Tiny House/Apartment

The stay was great! Very comfortable and great Mission Bay location (but you do have to cross a busy bridge to get over the the bay if you're walking). Confirmation and directions came in the week of. I would have liked it a little bit earlier, but once they were in, everything was explained perfectly. My wife and I are 64 ands 61, but we walk everyday and we're in good condition. There are a lot of steps leading up to the apartment and that can be a problem if you're not in shape. Having access to the back for loading and unloading was a great asset and much appreciated. Accommodations were comfortable and clean. The bathtub/shower was very nice and the kitchen was great. The upstairs loft is very nice, but access to it via the ladder can be tricky if you're in your 60s. Also, being 6'4" made it a challenge, because I couldn't stand up straight without hitting my head. But there's a fabulous view of the bay from up there! Interstate 5 runs very close and you can hear the traffic, but it wasn't bad and it didn't bother us at all. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!

Weekend getaway and wedding

This place was amazing...so much light! The location was great, as many places 10-15 minutes away. I highly recommend this stay.

Great location

My wife and I stayed for several days. The location was clean, and very convenient in relation to several activites. Parking arrangements made it somewhat inconvenient to unload and get things up the stairs but not overly so. Our main complaint was the wifi was inconsistent which made unwinding by watching a show after a big day out quite difficult. Overall we were very much satisfied with our stay and the major elements of the location and experience.

Great location

Stayed with my two adult sons. Loved having three bedrooms and three baths, and two levels. The carpet needs replacing, and there was a bad smell in the kitchen. Other than that it worked great for us. Great location to get to everything!

Great view comes at a price

The view of the bay is amazing. We were even able to see the fireworks from Seaworld. However, the noise from the freeway, train, and frontage road are extremely loud. You couldn't have a conversation with someone on the other side of the deck. Nothing the owners can do about it obviously, but just go in eyes open. I really wish there was a small railing to block off the steep drop off too. Beware if you have small children. Otherwise the property was good. Carpet was in terrible condition but at least it didn't smell like pet urine. I also wish it had a BBQ. It's San Diego, you are spending time outside. I will say the owners were great to work with. Extremely fast at responding to any questions/issues I had both prior and during the stay.

Good views, great beds,clean and ready for us. Stairs need a banister and trash needs to be easier to get to. Would not recommended for family with small children. No raling around deck. Otherwise I would book again. Very pleased

The house was comfortable and met our need for 3 bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. It was well located and close to the sites we visited. The only negative for us was the proximity to the freeway and hence, significant vehicle noise.

Family vacation

The property was very nice. It would have been most helpful to now about the stairs going into the house and that you could use the back entrance to reduce the number of stairs. It would have also been helpful to know the bedrooms are all upstairs. I should have been more vigilant in my questions prior to booking and looked for a listing that was ADA accessible. Overall we had a lovely time and the property was nice.

Great get away

Lovely clean very cozy home. Only draw back lots of stairs from street to home. another 25 plus stairs between floors in home with NO handrails very unsafe. would stay again.

Comfortable for all 6 of us

Overall, the house was comfortable, and there was plenty of space for four adults, and 2 kids. The beds were very comfortable. The view was beautiful! It was very easy and quick to get anywhere we wanted to go. We were provided all the information we needed about the house before we arrived. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the house. I was not aware of this, and it was a challenge for my 75 year old mother. The toilet in the master bath runs almost constantly, to the point that we just didn't use it. The shower in the master bath is super tiny. Other than that, it was a GREAT place to stay, and everyone really enjoyed it! Not only would I recommend to anyone, but I would book again.

Great view

We throughly enjoyed our stay here with family to celebrate our nieces Graduation. A few things… We were looking forward to the fire pit but could not find the long lighter that was stated to be located in drawer next to stove. The master bathroom shower was tiny and maybe should be listed that way….the toilet and or sink in there leaked terribly. Lots of noise from the freeway….but the Beautiful view made up for it.

This place was a really joy to stay at. Great location 10-15 away from everything so convenient. It was clean and very practical for a family of four. The back room gets a little warm but they have fans that do the trick. would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great spot

Overall the property is close to everything. The property was clean and a great setup. 3/3 with plenty of space and great views of the bay. I would recommend staying here.

Traveling with kids

Traveling with 3 energetic boys (8 years old, 25 months and 17 months) is always pretty crazy but this property worked out well for what we needed. It's kid friendly enough that I wasnt always on the search for what little hands were getting into! Super easy house to find (if you dont know how to parallel park good luck) and the owner was super quick to respond when I messaged
