Alternatively, head to Moffat Beach and enjoy both the wonderful headline, beach and caf lifestyle that awaits you there. Shelly Beach is ideally located along the 75km Coastal Pathway and is ideal for short strolls, longer walks and cycling.

Swim, fish, kite surf, paddle board, explore the rock pools, play with the kids and stroll the days away at your coastal haven without ever having to get the car out. When you feel the need to get out of the house, beaches, snorkelling, surfing, cafes, shops and golf courses are all in close proximity. - We do not take schoolies bookings
- This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. Whilst we understand that Council regulations for noise restrictions are 10 p.m., we have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm, and we ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
