Main Lounge Area:
The heart of the house is the expansive lounge room, featuring comfortable couches surrounding a cozy wood-burning fireplace that sets the perfect ambiance on cooler evenings. Through the large folding doors, you'll discover the magnificent California Room, an entertainer's dream, with its high ceilings and enormous retractable awnings, this space is designed to seamlessly connect with the outdoors.

California Room:
Imagine hosting memorable gatherings around the long formal dining table, nestled beside another inviting wood-burning fireplace. The lounge area and TV offer a comfortable spot for relaxation, while a separate sitting area provides a cozy nook for unwinding with a good book. The California Room also grants access to the back deck, complete with a BBQ and alfresco dining area, allowing you to savor delicious meals in the fresh coastal air.

Families will love the dedicated kids' hangout within the California Room. This charming bedroom has a double bed, TV, heating and cooling facilities, as well as games and a comfortable couch, ensuring a bit of fun for the young ones!

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or simply want to prepare quick meals, you'll find everything you need, including a convenient coffee pod machine, a dishwasher for easy cleanup, and a fantastic gas cooktop and oven for indulgent holiday feasts.

Backyard:
Step outside into the backyard oasis, where you'll discover a delightful thatched hut, perfectly nestled among the lush lawn space, mature trees, and fragrant citrus trees. We welcome guests to bring along their Pets as the house is "Pet Friendly", just bring your pet's bedding, bowls, and toys.
If bringing a pet there will be a one-off charge of $55.

Stunning is an understatement of this place
My friends and I enjoyed our holiday here so much from the second we walked into this property. It was more beautiful than the photos. Four reasonably sized rooms with two lounge rooms (one indoor and the other like a winter garden). We were most amazed by the kitchen where we could find almost everything we need as we stayed during Christmas and restaurants were closed and we had to cook our own meals.
The short walk to Rosebud is a bonus. The beach was not crowded at all even during Christmas but it was so beautiful.
I would highly recommend this place!

A group of friends stayed for a week and it was the perfect place to get away. The house has a number of different areas to relax and hang out and is so well set up to make sure you lack for nothing. Close enough to everything like beach and cafes to explore the area but also a very comfortable and spacious place to just stay at home. Great backyard for dogs too!
