¡Esta casa unifamiliar de 5 dormitorios y 2 baños puede dormir 12 cómodamente! Está a un corto paseo de la playa, el paseo marítimo, la casa de panqueques del tío Bill y el restaurante Kessel's Korner. A solo 3 cuadras de la playa y al final del paseo marítimo, cada cuadra solo 2 casas y un pequeño callejón de acceso. Otras características incluyen aire central, WiFi, horno / estufa, microondas, tostadora, cafetera, lavavajillas, lavadora / secadora, TV por cable en la sala de estar, dormitorio principal y dormitorio en el primer piso, y ventiladores de techo en la mayoría de las habitaciones. Hay un lugar de estacionamiento detrás de la casa y mucho espacio de estacionamiento en el frente. Hay una gran área de ducha al aire libre y un área de almacenamiento seguro para sus artículos de playa. El patio trasero está completamente cercado y permite asar bajo las estrellas. Adorable beach house

Such a cute house. Comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The back patio area was a favorite spot to hang out after a day in the beach.

Excellent Rental

This was an absolutely beautiful home, exactly as advertised and had everything we might need! It was clean and spacious. The location was central to both the beach and local ice cream and breakfast spots. We had a wonderful time!

Multi generational family vacation

Property is wonderful, particularly multi seating areas indoors and out. Really great kitchen area and laundry. Very comfortable for young ones (love the bunk room) and “olders”. The gated yard was very pleasant in the evening to wind down the day.

Other than the normal arrival and departure traffic, this week was perfect for my extended family. House beautiful and well maintained. Terrific contact with the owner both before and after our rental week.

Loved this beach house!

Our vacation was perfect in large part to the beach house we stayed in. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. We also loved the nautical decor. Having the grill outside was a big plus for our bbq dinners. Close proximity to the beach too. I would highly recommend this house!

Great location and stay

Carol was amazing. The gas in the grill was empty and she offered to drive down, fix the grill and/or replace it! Consistent customer service. Great place!

Beautiful Beach House

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and clean beach house. The location is great with ample parking, and the owners are super prompt in answering any questions. We enjoyed a nice family breakfast at Uncle Bill’s pancake house (which is walkable!) and the kids loved getting a treat at Aunt Betty’s ice cream (also walkable) after a day at the beach. We would definitely recommend this house!

OC FAMILY VACATION!

This house was exactly as advertised and a pleasure to stay in. Myself, my children, their spouses and children were all comfortable. House is very warm and welcoming and thoughtfully equipped. Beds are awesome!

Great stay!

Clean, comfortable, well-appointed home with fully stocked kitchen. Prepared most meals at home and utilized the grill. The outdoor spaces are a definite plus. Beach tags, chairs, etc. were appreciated. The owners responded to questions promptly and were a pleasure to work with.

Best Beach House

Perfect for family vacation. Walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, and ice cream! Well equipped house. We enjoyed the porches and patio areas. Wagon, beach chair, umbrella, and boogie boards were very helpful! Beach tags were and added plus. Highly recommended!😎

Great stay in a perfect location

Our family enjoyed a wonderful “Gold Coast” vacation at this lovely home! An easy walk to the beach and to the quiet end of the boardwalk, the location is super convenient. The owners have thoughtfully appointed the home to meet the needs of a beach vacation. We especially loved all the smaller spaces to “perch” and chat (three porches and a patio). Everything was sparkling clean upon arrival and communication with the owner was easy. Highly recommended!

Quiet end of Ocean City close to beach and town

Originally from NJ and come down to the Jersey shore every other year Loved this home-Comfortable and clean - just three blocks from the beach which was much less crowded than near the boardwalk. Few blocks from the south end of the boardwalk with a leisurely 20 min walk to main part of the boardwalk. Had a wonderful time with my family! Would come back again!!

Great house for large family in Gold Coast!

We had an excellent stay over 4th of July week! Gold Coast is our favorite in OC. Close to everything but quieter and larger beaches. House was even better than described. Larger than it appears. So clean. Loved all the outdoor spaces. From the flip flop parking lot to the beach tag lanyard to the high quality beach equipment, no detail was missed!

Beautiful clean home.

Plenty of space for our family of 7 in this super clean house. Easy walk to the beach. Owner was such a pleasure to work with and always responded quickly when I contacted her. We only wished there were more tv stations available for those rainy days! Seemed like only basic stations. Overall would totally love to rent this house again! We had a great stay.

Great week, great house, great location

We just came back from a great week at the house. Super helpful to have 5 different bedrooms. We loved the beach feel & decorations. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella & wagon and outdoor shower coming from the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch or the back patio area (including the BBQ). Location is great on the Gold Coast. Close to the beach and easy walk to some great places (Uncle Bills, Kessels). Thanks for a great week!

2324 West Avenue Ocean City

This vacation home is immaculate. It is very well maintained and has a lot of added perks...beach tags, beach chairs, umbrella, and a wagon to transport all. The house is well decorated and very bright. We were a family of ten and we had plenary of room. We enjoyed the backyard with a table and grill. We ate most of our meals outside. My family had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as advertised!

Just got back from a week at this property and couldn’t have had a better time. The house was clean and exactly as advertised on the app, no surprises! The fenced in backyard is an amazing feature as we had two little ones with us (2 and 4 years old) so we were able to sit outside at the table while they ran around without worrying they would run into the street. The front porch and upper deck are both great places to sit and relax. We had 7 adults and 2 kids and never felt crowded inside or outside the house. Highly recommend staying here!

Comfortable, clean, great stay

We had a great stay! House was super clean. I’ve never entered a beach rental that didn’t have residual sand. It felt like we weren’t at the beach in that way. The house felt bigger than I expected. Bedrooms are all a good size. We were able to fit 8 adults and 2 kids at the dining table for family meals. Carol was very easy to communicate with. Great house for a large family that’s affordable.

Great Ocean City Vacation!

The house was perfect for our family’s vacation. Particularly enjoyed the porches for reading. The fenced-in backyard was quite pleasant for relaxing and grilling. One family claimed the outdoor shower as their own! The beds were very comfortable; the house very clean and well appointed. First time in Ocean City that we stayed at the southern end; found the beaches to be less crowded. We discovered Nauti Doughnuts - they are delicious! We always thought Brown’s were the best in town, but think Nauti Doughnuts are right up there with Brown’s! Enjoyed Uncle Bill’s Pancake House and Aunt Betty’s Ice Cream!

We can't wait to visit again!

My family had a great time during our stay in Ocean City! We just got back home and we are already looking forward to vacationing in Ocean city summers to come. With 8 adults and 2 twin toddlers, this house was a perfect fit. It was a short walk to the beach and walking distance to Aunt Betty's which we enjoyed every night! The property and home were well maintained and decorated nicely. We definitely felt "at home" for the week. There was PLENTY of parking to accommodate 4 cars, room for toddlers to run around, ample outdoor seating on the front porch and backyard, and a great outdoor shower to use after a day spent on the beach. Our family highly recommends this home and its location in Ocean City. We can't wait to visit again!

Best family vacation house

We have stayed here before, and it would be the only place we would ever want to stay for a family vacation! It fits our family needs so well. From the downstairs bedroom to the upstairs four bedrooms. The front porch and back porch and everything about it. Excellent! Our grandchildren love being there. It is a little walk to the ocean, but when you’re a family who live at the ocean and come back late in the afternoon, we did not mind the walk. A very responsive owner Yeah who make sure everything is perfect for you and that you can just enjoy the family. Highly recommended it and afraid to say that because I want to be able to come back here next summer and don’t want everyone else snatching up the weeks!

Perfect in every way

The house itself was so nice. The details, the thoughtful incidentals. Everything was just great. Communication with owner was immediate. Cleanliness of house was perfect. Especially considering these times. Not too far from beach. We felt very comfortable cooking and eating home more than out, that was our choice. We were 12 all together and never felt cramped. And the yard was the best! Big plus. Our grandchildren utilized it and we loved it too. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us!

Beautiful clean home for a large family of 10.

Very clean home; bright and airy. We enjoyed the front porch as well as the backyard with the grill. Great neighbors as well! The host was extremely easy to get a hold of and answer any questions or needs that we had. It was just as I pictured it to be and quite accommodating for 10 people. We never felt like we were on top of each other. It is on a main highway but everyone knows people are going to the beach so it was not hard to cross the road. It’s a straight shot down to beach. It’s a lot closer to go down 24th street to get onto the beach then the 23rd entrance. There are six chairs, 6 badges, two umbrellas, two boogie boards with a wagon to put everything in. It wasn’t listed however you need to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, Hand soap, laundry detergent, counter spray and garbage bags. Overall it was probably the best house I’ve ever rented. The decor and overall feel of house was fabulous!!!!!!!!

Thank you for your review. We will make sure to update our information to include those items that are not included. The house is on West Ave. it is the main road that runs from one end of Ocean City to the other. There is a traffic light on 24th Street and NJ has a pedestrian law that require cars to stop for walkers. The speed limit is 30 mph. Happy you had such a great vacation.

We have been vacationing in Ocean City since we were children with our parents, grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles and cousins. We had such a wonderful time we purchased our own home. We are looking forward to sharing it with you.

We chose our home to accommodate our large extended family. As a single family home, we love that we have the whole property to ourselves. The location also keeps us close to our favorite breakfast spot Uncle Bill's on Asbury which is open year round.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

When making updates to our home we wanted to ensure that the little things were taken care of. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen for food and the pots and pans large enough to cook for a large family. The back yard is fenced allowing younger travelers to play outside without worry. The outdoor shower has a bench and dressing area. The upstairs deck off the master is the perfect retreat from a long day spent on the beach and boards.
