Los Sueños, beautiful casa in Punta de Mita center, one block to beach, WiFi, AC

Casa Bahía is a unique tropical getaway centrally located in the pueblo of Punta de Mita.

“Los Sueños” is the ground level casa and is fully equipped for up to 4 guests. We are centrally located just a short walk to restaurants, shopping, wonderful beaches with surf & swim for all levels, fishing & whale watching and the Marietas Islands.

Casa Bahía is a boutique triplex located just around the block from the beach. “Los Sueños” is the ground level unit which is bright, airy and can sleep up to four guests.

The front gates lead to the covered porch area and private entrance which opens to a large living space with convertible sofa (two twin sized beds). The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essentials including a complimentary margarita bar.

The powerful 2-ton inverter air conditioner is located in the bedroom which is furnished with a new pillow top queen sized bed and cotton linens.

There is an oversized closet space and dresser for storage and windows that let in great natural light and ventilation.

The bathroom with great shower pressure and parota wood finishings is located conveniently across the hall.

All the floors throughout the entire casa are tiled and ceiling fans are installed in each room which keeps the space fresh and cool.

For guests who work online, the WiFi, provided by TotalPlay, has recently been upgraded to a fiber optic 5G network and the unit has its own booster and private connection- it has been very reliable as compared to other companies in the area.

The open front porch area is surrounded by beautiful gardens and is the perfect place for coffee in the morning, al fresco dining in the evening or lounging in the hammock.

We are centrally located in Punta de Mita within a block to the beach, stores, rental services, restaurants and shopping. The public transportation that will take you to and from Puerto Vallarta, and the towns in between, is just three short blocks away as well.

**Our guests now have exclusive day-pass access to the beachfront pool at Hotel Mesón de Mita, a 5 minute walk from the casa! The pool is open from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm daily and the cost per person is $200 pesos/day.

We live at the property in the second level home, which is accessed by a private outside staircase. We have our wonderful dogs who are typically with us, but our guests are welcome to meet and hang with them too- they love meeting new people!

We are available at any point and love to meet our guests and give great reccomendations- we love our town Punta de Mita and have lived in the area for more than 10 years.

Our neighborhood is full of friendly people, great restaurants, beautiful beaches, and all the amazing authentic Mexican traits that are the reason we choose to call this place home. On any given day you can purchase fresh produce, local seafood, artisan breads and regional goods from the vendors that pass by- or take a walk to the small marina and charter a boat for the day to fish or surf, or visit the Las Marietas Islands. We live within walking distance to fantastic shopping, dining, spas, rental services and more.

Our house is centrally located in Punta de Mita and within walking distance of the entire town. If you are looking to go elsewhere, we are three blocks from the public transportation which will take you to and from Puerto Vallarta and the towns in between. Renting a car or hiring a driver (please ask us about private driving services) is fairly simple, relatively inexpensive and is a great option if you are looking to take day trip excursions.

Here you will being staying in a traditional Mexican pueblo which is still considerably rural and will hear the typical Mexican neighborhood sounds including kids playing, roosters crowing, dogs barking, horses, possible construction, occasional fiestas as well as vendors passing by selling their various goods.

We live in a wonderful neighborhood and are not near any late night bars, but we cannot make Mexico not Mexico for our guests. We keep our prices budget friendly for travelers to experience the full range of what Punta de Mita has to offer.

We also have a 3rd level palapa studio with sun deck available to book through Airbnb. This is a unique studio that will sleep 2-3 guests and could be rented along with Los Sueños for larger parties.
