Our 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condo in Punta de Mita is an ideal getaway. Just across the street is a beautiful beach with a nice long wave for longboard or go swimming/ Kayaking. The building common terrace has a beautiful 360 view to Marietas Islands, Banderas Bay and the small village of Punta de Mita. You can find high end restaurants and coffee shops walking distance as well as local food and markets.

Beautiful, spacious unit across the street from a white sand beach. Property manager was very helpful and made the check-in and orientation easy. We appreciated beach chairs and umbrella! The upper common area was our faviourite for sunset viewing.

Beautiful Condo Punta Mita

We enjoyed our stay in Manuel’s condo for our surf trip. Great location, beautiful pool, quite complex. The location was in walking distance to town and the beach. It was wind and we hope to book there again. Thank you.

Spectacular

Beautiful condo in an excellent location - close to beach, shopping, restaurants.Fantastic pool. Host was probably the most organized and most communicative of any we’ve worked with. They were also extremely accommodating to our travel needs. We loved the place and met many vey friendly people both in the condo complex as well as locals in the community. We really hope to come back on a future trip to the area.

Quiet & Charming

The property, location and community was quiet and charming. The property was mostly as described - info binder could have been more current with places to eat, local transportation options, etc.; more info on location in the building and view descriptions more representative of what they are would have been helpful; description of all the items in the storage room would have been helpful i.e.: beach chairs, umbrella, etc.; lovely community with many family own restaurants which could have been mapped out and better described, quiet and relaxing location.

Great rental in heart of Punta Mita

My family (kids age 8 & 10) just left after 2 weeks at La Mission. The condo was well equipped with all the beach necessities (boogie boards, chairs, umbrella), tons of extra beach towels and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool is warm and clean. The property is not entirely kid friendly as there were several condo owners who were upset about kids playing in the pool and in the hammock area.Great spot, would highly recommend for families with teenagers but perhaps not small children.

We thought the property was wonderful - great kitchen and plenty of room. The lack of hot water for 3 people showering was an issue. Our room faced out away from beach - we heard roosters crowing and dogs barking all night.

Great local getaway!

really nicely furnished, and clean apartment in a great location just across the street from the beach. The property is secure, and has a garage for 1 car which was great! A perfect spot for lounging at the pool and catching waves at the beach. definitely some neighborhood animals and such making some noise but all is well. Thank you for keeping such a nice property available at a killer price!! xoxox

Amazing value

I love this property. It’s like a sanctuary. Room for everyone, easy to access town and amenities. My little was sick and the manager worked with us to get us in early. Then helped set up taxi to airport and answered my touristy questions. Clean. The only downside is the street noise at this end of the building. It was a lot. Thank you for the home away fr home.

Nos encantó, el departamento hermoso, con detalles que lo hacían cómodo, bonito, cálido... genial. Las instalaciones excelentes, una alberca grande, tranquila, limpia, cálida. Y apara relajarse el jacuzzi caliente. La ubicación excepcional, cruzas la calle y una playa increíble de arena fina y colores turquesa. Muchas opciones para comer, desde unos deliciosos tacos sin gastar demasiado, hasta restaurantes de primera y sin necesidad de usar tu vehículo, apenas a dos cuadras. Altamente recomendable.

Great stay at La Mision de Mita

We just returned from 9 nights at La Mision de Mita, 6 of which were spent at Gabriel’s unit. Excellent communication with Gabriel. Beautiful and spacious unit, as described and as per the photos. This unit is on second floor above the street. Light sleepers could benefit from ear plugs or white noise to block out the sounds from the village chickens and dogs. La Mision de Mita is a superb boutique condo development, really tasteful and peaceful pool and hot tub and surrounding deck area. Thank you for having us Gabriel.

Our stay at the apartment was great. Manuel is an excellent host and the property is beautiful. There is on-site parking and easy access to the beach. The condominium has a pool and a nice balcony overlooking the beach.

Spacious & comfortable home a block from the ocean!

My partner and I were so grateful to call Manuel's home our own for two weeks in May 2021. It was the perfect location to break quarantine– a block from the ocean with easy access to delicious restaurants. It has all the amenities you could need: plenty of towels, washer dryer, A/C, fast wifi. It's also located at one end of the property with plenty of privacy and easy access to parking. Thank you again for hosting us– we can't wait to be back to Punta Mita!
