Super comfortable and convenient!!!

My mom and sister in law stayed here for a bridal shower. It was our first time in Michigan and we loved it! It couldn’t have been easier to find, and so convenient to come and go from the airport. Very close to downtown Plymouth with cute shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

It was comfortable, and clean,and relaxing beds ,great shower. Many restaurants, and activities near by,and a playground across the street for the kiddos to play . The hosts were nice, and very prompt with their responses.. They ensured our stay was as comfortable and safe,as we needed.

PERFECT SPOT!

We were very pleased with the property and even more with the location. It was a short walk to town and Plymouth had a lot of fun places to see and visit. We were there for hockey, and it was a short drive to the rink also! The townhome was clean and comfortable. The hosts were great with communication and making sure that everything was perfect for our stay. Definitely plan to book this spot again next year for our recruiting trip!

Great stay

This property was clean, easy to access, and had everything we needed for our stay. Property manager was quick to respond to questions. We had two children with us who loved the park across the street. It’s centrally located to downtown which was perfect.

Thanksgiving stay

This is the second year that we have stayed at Kevin and Kristin's and are likely to stay there again. While we missed seeing the wild turkey at the intersection nearby this year, we found the place clean, comfortable, and easy to access. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but they didn't disrupt our stay. Still the kitchen nicely accommodated making two Thanksgiving pies from scratch.

Family Fun Stay in Plymouth

Our second trip to Plymouth and our stay was with another Q Luxury Property! Our accommodations were at a different location in Plymouth, and again we had wonderful communication, and a beautifully decorated and very comfortable stay! We plan to stay at your properties for future visits! Very clean, easy check in, very comfortable and quiet. My mother and mother in law were with me this trip, and we all agreed that this visit was nearly perfect!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Good location but lacking attention to detail

Had to find sheets to put on the main bed; they were still in the washer. This lead to us finding that the dryer vent wasn’t attached to anything and was in need of repair. Good location but the place needs work. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Nice place, convenient location

The property is nicely done and very cozy, though no longer in "freshly remodeled" condition. It was very clean when we arrived. We were four adults (my wife and me plus my two adult children) and we never felt crowded (despite there being only one bathroom). Beds were super comfy. We made breakfast in the kitchen every morning. Lots of counter space. We never heard any neighbors. The only negative feedback is that no way to recycle was provided. There was no city bin next to the trash bin, even though the other neighbors had them. We generated way more garbage because of this than we normally would at home. Would be amazing if the hosts supported recycling.Overall we had a very good experience, the hosts were responsive and friendly, and we would stay again.

Scammed me

Power didn’t work and wouldn’t get a refund. I lost money on this. Some strangers came to change the lock.

Guest was demanding a refund after power in entire city was out. We refunded guest for the day the DTE power was out because of a large storm, even though it's not required as sign of good faith. In return, the digital locks were stolen, smoked in the unit, and broke the main window. hundreds of dollars of damage. All of this was verified with maintenance staff. Would not recommend guest.

We have rented many properties over the years and never had a host refuse to respond to us. We reached out upon arrival that there were only 4 sleeping arrangements even though the booking stated that it slept 8. The townhome has a queen and two twin beds and there were 7 of us. We found an air mattress but upon blowing it up found it had a large tear. I asked the host for help several times and never received a response the entire weekend. We were in town for a funeral so it was upsetting to have this extra stress and discomfort of sleeping on the ground. Disappointed in both the false advertising of this rental and the hosts refusal for assistance.

Great Home for the Weekend

Guest never had any communication with us about any issues during the stay. Not sure where this is coming from. We keep our properties in excellent shape. Sad to get this review without any explanation. :(
