Summary:
This modern and comfortable 2-bedroom villa is beautifully styled and is the ultimate spot for a relaxing break. It’s perfectly situated with an easy 10-minute stroll to Hobart’s largest Shopping Centre, a 10-minute drive to Hobart Airport and a 10-minute drive to Hobart CBD/Salamanca. The fully ducted air conditioning will keep you super cosy in winter and beautifully cool in summer.
The Space:
The main bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and its own ensuite plus a smart TV. The 2nd bedroom also has a comfortable queen bed. We can also provide a single fold out bed for that extra guest. All our linen is provided by our linen service and is professionally laundered, crisp and fresh! The unit is double glazed throughout to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.
The kitchen is a chef’s delight with everything you require to cook up a storm with quality appliances including a microwave and dishwasher. However, why would you cook when there are so many wonderful restaurants close by. The home is contemporary and stylish and promotes a feeling of peace, inviting you to simply relax into the super comfortable space.
The laundry has a washing machine and dryer and there’s a fully fenced private backyard with an outdoor setting for your morning coffee or for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. A port a cot and highchair are also included, together with some toys and games to keep the kids entertained. The single car garage with remote control and internal access will keep your car safe and sound and there’s a second parking spot right next to the front door. This really is the perfect place for a family holiday or if travelling with a group of friends.
For larger groups, our properties just around the corner (literally over the back fence) - The Residence, The Retreat and The Villa - are also available on Airbnb and can sleep 21 people, so the entire property can sleep a total of 29 guests
The Neighborhood:
Hobart’s largest shopping Centre, Eastlands, is an easy 10 minute walk away. Around Eastlands you will also find the usual fast food outlets such as McDonalds, KFC, Subway and Nandos and there’s also a Village Cinema. Blundstone Arena, Bellerive Village and Bellerive Beach are a mere 15-20 minute walk away and there’s a bus stop right around the corner if you need it. Hobart’s CBD is a 10 minute drive away as is Hobart Airport. And some of Tassie’s best vineyards are a short 15 minute drive away..
Getting Around:
To enjoy Hobart and surrounds its best that you have a car, however if you need the use of public transport there's a bus stop just around the corner and a regular service that travels to the CBD.
