This magnificent 4-bedroom villa offers the ideal setting for an unforgettable vacation in Saint-Martin. Nestled in a privileged location, it offers breathtaking ocean views, creating a stunning panorama conducive to relaxation.

A vast terrace invites you to relax and soak up the sun, while an outdoor dining area lets you share convivial moments with family and friends. The outdoor space is carefully landscaped, showcasing a magnificent infinity pool that blends harmoniously into the surrounding landscape. The swimming pool is heated from October 15th to April 15th, allowing guests to enjoy comfortable dips during the cooler months. Outside of this period, the pool heating is optional and can be arranged at an additional cost of $350 per week.

Inside the villa, you'll discover 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, accessible from the interior space. Each bedroom is fully air-conditioned and has an en-suite bathroom, guaranteeing privacy and comfort. Three of them offer panoramic views of the pool and ocean. The fourth bedroom overlooks the garden and has its own private terrace where you can retreat to enjoy a moment of tranquility.

This villa can also be rented as a 3 or a 4-bedroom villa!
