Super clean home. A little less than a mile to the fort and old time area, very walkable and safe. Great fenced in yard for our doggy. Overall a great stay!

Great Place for Family Get Away

We have stayed at many other places during my daughter’s time at Flagler College but this has been our favorite place by far.

We felt comfortable and at home right away. This house is beyond fantastic! Super convenient for driving anywhere in St. Augustine. Everything we needed was there and more. The dog felt safe and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

A Charming Cottage

So much to do and see in St. Augustine and your home provides a perfect place to relax and recharge. It is quite comfy and has all the essentials and even some thoughtful extras. Your lovely cottage is in a great location and close to everything. Several attractions are within walking distance. Beautiful peacocks can be seen just down the street. We, including our doggie, really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your pet friendly abode! It did not disappoint!

St. Augustine rental

This property is well maintained and clean. Great location. Has all the amenities and extras provided that you could need. Also a great fenced in yard for pets! Check in and out was a smooth and easy process.

This place is in the perfect location with walking distance to the trolly or the Fountain of Youth. Pet friendly was a bit plus for us also. There is nothing that they do not have waiting for your stay at this wonderful gem. Can't wait to come back again already.

Everything was perfect! A lot of TLC at this cottage. We loved the clean, neat, cozy, comfortable and relaxing stay. Location, Location, Location! You can put your toes in the sand or walk to nearby historical sites.

St. Augustine 2023

We really liked the house. It was nicely furnished and just overall very pleasant. The front porch and backyard provided excellent outdoor spaces. The only minor complaint we had was that we called the property manager on the day of our arrival about an early check in, left a message and never got a call back. We considered this to be a minor problem and it did not negatively affect our enjoyment of the property.

Great Location with Some Issues

Upon arrival at this property, from the outside of the house it looks nice. Once inside the home you find that there are some inside details that need to be addressed and looked at by the owners and property managers. First, the door sills leading into each room in the house provided a trip hazard as you are walking in to each room. My wife and I bought small floor rugs to put over these sills. These could cause a person to trip if they don't pay attention to these raised entry ways. Two, the door to the bedroom nearest the front door does not stay shut when you close it. I had to lodge a trolley pamphlet into the door jam to keep the door closed. Third, you charge visitors a hefty cleaning fee, and we had to spend some time cleaning up the showers and sinks before we could use them. Overall, the property seems to be a great location to visit all the St. Augustine shopping, restaurants, and attractions. If someone is willing to do a bit more cleaning of the house, then it would have been a five star rating. The trip hazard was the most important drawback in the house. Thanks for taking the time to read this review. We would be willing to rent this property again in the future.
