Welcome to Villa Lola! This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beautiful new construction home is located on a freshwater canal with an open-concept floorplan and a saltwater electric heated pool. Perfect for families, as it's close to downtown Cape Coral nightlife, shopping, and a short drive to the famous SWFL beaches such as Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands.

Living Room: Upon entering Villa Lola, you are greeted with the modern decor and open floorplan. There is a sectional couch available with a flat-screen smart TV and view of the pool and canal through the sliders.

Dining Room: The dining area is located off of the kitchen near the rear of the house and offers plenty of seating for the family. There is room for 8 guests at the table.

Kitchen: The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers stainless steel appliances. There is an oversized island that has additional seating for four at the breakfast bar.

Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom is located off of the living room offers a King-sized bed and walk-in closet. The attached bathroom features a dual-sink vanity and a spacious modern shower.

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The first guest bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed and a desk with monitor available for those who may need to get some work done while away from home. The second guest bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed, flatscreen tv, and has its own en-suite bathroom attached with a shower, which doubles as the pool bath. Across the hall is the third guest bedroom, which offers two Twin-sized bunk beds, perfect for the kids! There is a third guest bathroom as well, which has a shower.

Lanai/Pool: You will no doubt spend all of your time outside by the pool, because it is Florida, after all! The saltwater pool is spacious and electric-heated. There is a dining area with seating for six, as well as a separate lounging area in the shade. There are two pool loungers for you to relax on by the pool. There is an outdoor kitchen available with a sink and grill, as well as a propane grill just outside of the screened in lanai for you to make your meals poolside. Head down to the seawall to check out the wildlife that lives within the famous Cape Coral canal system.
