Welcome to West O' Gulf. This property suffered minimal damage from hurricanes Helene and Milton and is better than ever! If you are ready for a relaxing stay on beautiful Anna Maria Island, then this is the beach house for you! This exceptional custom-built 4 Bedroom 3-bathroom house makes it easy to perfect the art of vacationing. This property is located West of Gulf Drive, on beautiful Park Avenue, which puts you close to everything the north end of the island has to offer. This "Beach Block" property is near Pine Avenue where you will find small locally owned coffee shops, restaurants, and clothing boutiques. The City Pier are also right near you.

West O'Gulf has all the charm you would expect from staying at a Salty Mermaid vacation rental. On the first floor, you will find the spacious main living area which offers a separate dining room great for entertaining family and friends after a long day at the beach. Directly connected to the living room is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen for all your cooking needs, along with two guest bedrooms with a full bath and a lovely covered porch accessed by French doors from the great room. The top floor features a guest bedroom with a twin over queen bunk bed with twin trundle underneath and the spacious master suite with a spa bath, walk-in closet, and private balcony.

The Pool area is surrounded by professional lush landscaping for your privacy. The heated pool is half-covered to keep cool from the Florida sun during the summer months. Light up the gas grill for a bar-b-que with family as you relax in your own private tropical oasis. Just off the Pool area, the garage has been converted into a Hang out room with a Flat Screen TV and Ping Pong table for your enjoyment!

West O' Gulf offers all the goodies to make sure your vacation doesn't skip a beat. There are no streets to cross and direct beach access to stroll the beach for morning walks and gorgeous Gulf sunsets! Hop on the free trolley to explore all that Anna Maria Island has to offer and experience the true island life! As always, we make sure you have the ability to stay connected on our free high-speed wireless internet! Any evidence of tampering or damage to pool alarms will be billed to the credit card on file for the reservation.*

*Check in time is 4pm on the day of your arrival, Check out time is 10am on the day of your departure. No early access or late departure is allowed unless special arrangements are made with our office, Our cleaning and Inspection team need time to ensure the rental is clean and safe for your stay*

*This home has a 4 night minimum stay requirement, Holiday weeks require 6 night minimum stays*

*Reservations that are 30 nights or longer will require a mid-stay clean, one of our rental agents will provide more information at the time of booking.

*A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, and coffee & tea. Luxury full sized hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided at check-in. Also available if requested, while supplies last, is a toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*

*Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 80 degrees. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool can be maintained to that degree. No refunds, credits or discounts will be offered if the pool temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather*
