To Summarise: When the windows don't close property, only simple furniture - very minimalist and the gas is not connected to the cook top this is not a great start (apparently the bill had not been paid) It appears there was no pre-check of the accommodation.
9 nights in summer - as it was not offered we had to request clean linen.
While the property manager did visit the site, it was Christmas and items could not be fixed.

We did check the property the day prior to your arrival. Unfortunately we did not try working the gas as it had worked for the previous guest. The bill was paid, there was an issue with the provider.
thankyou for your feedback. We are getting the windows replaced today and the owner is staying in the property himself to organise additional furniture. Every guest previously stayed in this apartment has enjoyed it!
We provided you a $800 refund for your stay. Property Providers also had to remind you of respectful communication as we were doing our best at the busiest time of year with limited trades available.
