Due to an unforeseen family medical emergency involving my cleaner, you were transferred to a different unit, which was owned and managed by another host. As such, the concerns regarding room conditions, odors, towels, bedding, and the overall environment related to the accommodation where you actually stayed and not to the property listed here. Had any of these concerns been brought to my attention during your stay, I would have immediately coordinated with the owner of the unit to assist and address the matter. However, no concerns or complaints were communicated to me at any point.
