Summary:
Tree Views is a spacious four bedroom holiday home with a delightful leafy aspect. This generously appointed and proportioned home is perfect for a big family or group holiday with plenty of space and amenities for everyone to spread out across multiple levels and the huge fully fenced back yard.
The Space:
Tree Views takes it's name from the leafy aspect enjoyed from most rooms in this lovingly furnished home. The property is light and airy with recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms.
Our guests enjoy breakfast on the balcony overlooking the reserve in the morning and gathering around the large kitchen island for cocktail hour of an afternoon. The chef's kitchen is fully appointed with a six burner gas stove, large entertainer's fridge and even a nespresso pod machine. The laundry is also spacious and well appointed and the bathrooms are an utter joy.
There is a queen size bed in each of the four oversized bedrooms, each with a built-in wardrobe. There are two bedrooms upstairs and another two downstairs. Each level enjoys a beautiful family sized bathroom shared by both bedrooms.
The property boasts a single lock up garage and space for an additional vehicle on the driveway plus extra space on the reserve across the road to park your boat or caravan.
A weber BBQ is located on the back veranda overlooking the large fully fenced backyard. This home is the perfect location to enjoy a BBQ or two during your stay.
Our living room has a split system airconditioner, a smart TV and we provide our guests with fast and unlimited internet.
We provide bed and bathroom linen for eight guests. Our cleaning fee includes professional cleaning and linen hire. Please bring your own beach towels.

There is a lock box on the premises. Guests may arrive at whatever time suits after check-in time.
The Neighborhood:
Tree Views is located between the township of Yamba and the shopping district. It's a 6 minute drive to all of Yamba's five beaches and a 13 minute flat cycle. It's a 3 minute drive to Yamba Fair where there is a Coles, KHub, Priceline, Coffee Shops, Sports Store and various other stores and services.
Getting Around:
You'll need a vehicle to enjoy this wonderful property. If you bring your bike there are plenty of flat rides with paths that will help you enjoy this marvellous town.
Other Things to Note:
While this property is generous in size it's intended to host families and groups of friends. We do not allow parties and we monitor with NoiseAware sound monitors on the premises. We also have a video door bell to help us monitor occupancy.
