Your concerns about the pillowcase, laundry, and floors have been shared with our housekeeping team to ensure this does not happen again. Regarding trash disposal, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. As there is no local trash pickup service, all guests are required to take their trash to a nearby disposal site. This policy is noted in the rental agreement, and we do our best to communicate it clearly prior to arrival.
