The Space:
This second floor apartment features a fully updated kitchen, laundry machines, two Queen Bedrooms and a Queen Sized Pullout couch in the living area. This unit can accommodate up to six guests making it the perfect home base for your next trip to Tampa Bay!

There were no details spared in the recent renovation of this historic flat! In the open concept living space you can find a comfortable Queen Sized Pullout Couch and Smart TV ready for you to entertain. The kitchen is complete with new stainless steel appliances, a Brita water filter and a Keurig Coffee station stocked with a complimentary starter supply of coffee! The primary bedroom features a brand new Queen Sized Bed so you can rest in blissful comfort. The secondary bedroom is equipped with a brand new Queen Sized Bed as well and plenty of closet space to unpack + settle in. Just outside the upgraded bathroom you'll find brand new laundry machines stocked with a starter supply of laundry soap and dryer sheets.

The Neighborhood:
Hyde Park is a centrally located, historic district loved by locals and visitors alike. Bayshore Boulevard is right outside your doorstep, known as one of the longest continuous sidewalks in the United States! Bayshore Boulevard is 4.5 miles of scenic views and outdoor exercise equipment paralleling Tampa Bay. Hyde Park Village is an outdoor shopping mall just a 5 minute walk away with dining, shopping and various pop-up events! A variety of parks, Downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10 minute drive away or less!

Getting Around:
Hyde Park is a very walkable neighborhood but there are self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay by app parking.

Other Things to Note:
- PETS: We allow 2 pets per apartment. Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees.
- SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unity and on the property grounds. Smoking will result in a $500 fine
- Private washer and dryer
