The property was wonderful, so much room and comfortable we did however have a bit of an issue with hot water in the shower but would recommend. The v iews were to die for.

Exceeded Expectations

We arrived on a wet, cold wintry afternoon to the glow of a crackling fire. The home was warm, spotless, spacious with quality in every detail. And the view - misty hills, rolling clouds, better than any photo could capture. Everything we needed was provided, making it perfect.

Our 2nd stay at the property but first one within this unit.Location and property excellent as alwaysOwner was extremely helpful and responsive to a very minor issue and had it sorted in no time - highly recommended. Thank you!

Amazing Stay!

What an amazing stay! We all loved this property it's got such beautiful views and the house has everything you need. Close to home for a quick weekend away, conveniently located near wineries and a pub, just perfect! Lastly, Paul our host was so accommodating and welcoming, we'll definitely be back, we can't wait. Thanks again for an awesome stay

Amazing peoperty with great views. Host was extreemly helpful. This was one of the most relaxing and comfortable places ive been in Perth. With the NZ theme in the hills of perth this stay will be one with the family i wont forget.

Beautiful location and spacious accommodation. Overall cleanliness inside the home was not quite up to the expectations of a “penthouse” standard. The beautiful freestanding bathtub was stunning if only there was enough hot water to adequately fill it to enjoy it. Not being able to lock up and secure the accommodation was a little concerning however there was nothing to report regarding this on this occasion. Views were breathtaking and verandahs on both floors provided a lovely place to sit, eat and enjoy the skyline.

Beautiful property

Booked this place for my family to celebrate my dads 80th. We were all blown away by this place. Its huge and very nicely appointed. Views are simply breathtaking. Everyone had a great time. Would definitely go back again 😀

Family 60th Birthday

Wow what a beautiful home 😀 We had 8 adults a 3 year old and a 5 month old. The property is lovely, there was heaps of room for everyone. It was really clean. Paul (the owner) made us feel very welcome. It was an excellent place to celebrate a special occasion with lots of great venues to visit close by.

We have just finished a weekend stay at the property fie my Dad's 80th birthday and wow. Paul and his team have been so accommodating with everything and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The penthouse and surrounding property is so clean and so inviting to have a relaxing stay. The penthouse was very clean and had everything you will ever need. We are all keen to stay again for another weekend. High recomment this property.

Nice accommodation but inaccurate description

The property is nice however there were several issues with the property: 1. The booking mentioned that the property sleeps 12. Upon checking in, we were informed that the property only allows 8 guests and we will have to pay additional amounts for the extra guests. 2. There was no mention that the property is a shared property; meaning there were 2 other parties booked on the property as well as the owner. This meant there were several rules regarding noise. 3. The amenities included a pool but it wasn’t mentioned that it will be shared by the other parties booked on the same property.

An amazing property with fantastic views, so peaceful. Wonderful sized verandahs and living area for entertaining the whole family. Bedrooms were nice and quite large ( can accomodate extra sleeping space). The cinema room was a great idea and an impressive freestanding bath looking out to that wonderful view was lovely. The faults I had was it was missing the small things like extra towels, bath gel, had only 1 tea towel, and 4 knives, no hair dryer or enough toilet paper. Plus the outside table had not been cleaned since its last entertaining use, toilet seats a bit wobbly and pool was not maintained (bugs and algae). We were lucky that we were the only guests as it does not mention other people may rent sections of the property so you could be sharing the verandah or pool. These things are easily fixed and doing so would make it an incredible get away for the family.
