Casa Cana is an elegant eight-bedroom villa located in the prestigious Punta Aguila community, offering stunning views of the world-famous Teeth of the Dog golf course. With its inviting living spaces, luxurious amenities, and beautifully landscaped grounds, this villa provides the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment.



The villa’s design emphasizes comfort and sophistication. Two master bedrooms offer private, tranquil retreats with top-tier accommodations, ensuring a serene and indulgent stay. The spacious dining area, seating up to sixteen guests, is ideal for hosting gatherings, from formal dinners to casual meals, in an atmosphere of refined elegance.

RESORT FEE

All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.

Effective February 1, 2026, the fees are as follows: US$30.00 per adult, per night (ages 13 and older); US$15.00 per child, per night (ages 4–12); Complimentary for children under 4 years old.



RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE

Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:

> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates

> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners

> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach

> Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities

> Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center



* FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products, etc)
