Great getaway in Arch Cape

It is a lovely location with a great deck with a view of the ocean. We had a problem with the hot tub on our first night there and the owner came out the next morning and fixed it for us.

Beautiful clean home and perfectly located. Very tastefully decorated. The home is close to beautiful hikes, Cannon Beach, a lovely shopping strip with lots of choice restaurants. The balcony fire pit was perfect for the cool late evenings and the ocean view was the cherry on top. The hot tub and pickleball courts were such a treat as well. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home. So much to do at the home and so much to do in the surrounding area. We had a lovely memorable stay.

Nice two nights

Overall the property was wonderful. The 10:00am checkout time is too early and rushed the last morning. 11:00am checkout is more reasonable.

Excellent Vacation House near Cannon Beach

We stayed at this house in November 2023 for my wife’s birthday weekend. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and relax. Everything was clean and organized with plenty of space. I loved the amenities such as the bidets in every bathroom and the very nice stovetop with an exhaust.The owners are a sweet husband and wife who went out it of their way to made sure we received something we left behind well after our trip ended.

We enjoyed our stay, which was great for two couples. We had plenty of space and privacy. All bathrooms have bidets, which is a nice upgrade. The host was easy to reach when we wanted the heat turned up. The only disappointment was the misleading, "steps to the beach" description. Beach access is through a tunnel beneath the main highway and is quite a distance away. The ocean view is a "peek-a-boo" view between houses and trees, again quite a distance away from the house. But all in all, it was clean, comfortable, spacious, and attractive, with everything we needed for our two-day stay. The only upgrade I would suggest is bedding---an extra blanket or a duvet instead of a light comforter and new pillows.

Beautifully renovated property with all new second level with large kitchen, master bedroom, large living room, dining room, deck and laundry room. Great wood floors. Plenty of seating and sleeping room for 8. Loved the master bath with walk-in shower, toilet in separate room and huge walk-in closet and double sinks. Note: something I've never seen in other properties, were bidet's in all bathrooms. Kitchen very well stocked with Everything you would ever need for a small to large group. Including coffee beans, grinder and coffee maker. Nice touch. Deck very nice with plenty of seating and a view of ocean. Note walk to ocean not "steps" but a 20-minute walk down hill to private beach. Looked closer in pictures. Didn't try hot tub. Had a small "glitch" checking in, and Host (Harsh) handled the problem appropriately. Parking for at least 4 cars, plus a garage. We were very comfortable and this was a great "base" to tour up and down the coastal sights. Minutes to Cannon Beach. Highly recommended.

Arch Cape luxury

Had a wonderful time at the Arch Cape getaway… it was in a quiet, beautiful location, with an easy walk to a beach we often had to ourselves! The house is gorgeous and spacious, allowing our family of 4 plenty of room. The house had all the cookware and dishware you can imagine, although you will need to bring your own spices if you really want to make up some meals, as there was only salt and pepper. The hot tub was welcomed, as the evenings on the beach can be quite chilly. There was ping pong, foosball, and plenty of board games, which we enjoyed! The one small downside was there wasn’t any recycling available on site. With traveling, we unfortunately accumulate plastic waste and like to have an option for proper disposal at our rental homes, especially with this being in Oregon, where they are much more hip with such concepts. It would have been really nice to have this available at the house. Overall, highly recommended home and we wish we could have stayed longer!

Thanks for the kind words about our house. Glad you enjoyed it. I appreciate your interest in recycling. We have been requesting Recology, our garbage company to start recycling in our neighborhood. Unfortunately, as of now, they have not started. We carry our recycling to Cannon Beach. Thanks for choosing our house for your vacation.
