Bellamente moderna casa con vista al mar ubicada a 200 pasos de la playa y acceso a la playa en el tranquilo corazón de Arch Cape (a unas cuatro millas al sur de Cannon Beach). Estás lo suficientemente cerca como para disfrutar de la diversión, los restaurantes y las compras de Cannon Beach y Seaside, y aún tienes tu propia playa privada para caminar y pasear por la playa. Cocina bien equipada con lavavajillas, microondas, electrodomésticos y muchos platos y utensilios de cocina para un "hogar lejos del hogar".

El nivel inferior de esta casa de playa luminosa y soleada ofrece tres habitaciones con camas cómodas (una con una nueva suite king, una con cama de matrimonio y otra con literas), un segundo baño completo, lavadero con lavadora y secadora, plancha y tabla de planchar. Una nueva comodidad diseñada con un colchón grueso, tamaño queen, sofá cama acomodará arreglos para dormir para hasta ocho personas. La casa se limpia impecablemente antes de que llegue cada huésped. Los invitados nos dicen: "Nos sentimos inmediatamente como en casa y bienvenidos". ¡Suministramos ropa de cama, toallas, mantelería, papel, jabón, productos de limpieza, leña para la chimenea, especias básicas de cocina, tarjetas, rompecabezas, DVD, VCR, videoteca y juegos familiares también! Wonderful, warm house a stone’s throw from a beautiful beach

We had a great stay at Seagull Landing. The house is warm, thoughtfully appointed, very comfortable, and Deb is a great communicator. Beach access is amazingly close to the house and the beach is incredible. The sound of the waves lulled us to sleep at night in a very comfortable bed. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great time at the coast!

Seagull Landing is a great choice to stay. Beautiful, clean home. Well stocked with anything we could have needed, comfortable and relaxing. It was actually the best I've slept in months! Nice easy walk to the beach, and a quick 10 minute drive in to Cannon Beach.The owners are very kind and clearly put forth extra effort to make sure you enjoy your stay!

Wonderful place!

We loved the quiet location and the proximity to the beach. The house has a great layout: all bedrooms are downstairs and kitchen and living room is upstairs. The beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has everything we needed. We even made a fire in the fireplace. We will be back!

Perfect Coast Get-away

We were so pleased with every aspect. Usually photos make a property more appealing than it is. This listing is an exception. The beach views through the limbed trees better than shown in photos. Access to the beach is as described... so close. WE got sun breaks every day and just loved the beach strolls. Even during storms, it was great. This home had lots of windows in the living area and didn't lack any amenities. The wifi, house phone and cell phones didn't work upon arrival, but Deb was immediately accessible and had the service provider out to fix things within 2 hours. She followed up and checked in to make sure all was well. We really would like to return.

A lovely visit

We had a great time at the Landing. Everything we needed was there. I would add chairs that could be taken to the beach. If they were there, we couldn't find them. Loved that the table opened up for more than four as one night we had guests. thank you!

Great Family Vacay

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, we enjoyed the beach and surrounding areas. The house is in an adorable area and very private neighborhood. The bunkbed bedroom is very tiny, the other bedrooms small but worked. The pullout couch in the living room needs a new mattress. Check-in was 4:00 pm but the cleaning crew was there until 6:00 pm and apparently they did not know someone was checking in that day. I did not like that the house advertises for 8 people but if you actually have 8 people you get charged an extra $60 fee. There are so many extra fees for VRBO that this did rub me the wrong way. Overall, we had a wonderful time and the house met our needs.

Quiet Retreat for Small Group with Good Beach Access

Small neighborhood of updated homes a block off of hwy101 about a 7min drive south of Cannon Beach. Bathroom, well-stocked kitchen and living room - with jigsaw puzzles ;), upstairs with deck - ocean views , most through trees. The three small bdrms are downstairs next to the front door, the laundry rm and a 2nd bathroom. Fixing a few issues ( front door deadbolt, 1st fl bathroom door - both likely due to settling) and a thorough cleaning would have made our visit even better. Overall we were very pleased with the location.

Arch Cape Vacation

Seagull Landing was ideal for our family reunion vacation, as it was a 5 minute walk to the house rented by others in the family, and the close proximity to the beautiful Arch Cape Beach.

A hidden gem in Arch Cape!

My family and I (3 kids, 4 parents) stayed at Seagull Landing for a glorious 2 weeks and it truly felt like home by the time we left. The living space was ample and comfortable with plenty of room to dine, lounge and enjoy the beautiful views from the deck. The kitchen was well appointed, which allowed us to cook every night. The owner is very friendly and invested in insuring her guests' have a wonderful stay. We'll be back!

Perfect family beach house

This house was ideally located just a few hundred yards to the beach with easy access to the beach. The kitchen was small but easy to work in and well equipped. The living area was comfortable and the deck was roomy enough for the 6 of us to be out on for Bar-B-Q meals. The children's bedroom was small but our grand kids like small spaces. Not sure what older kids would think. We would definitely rent this house again.

Amazing views in the coziest home

We had a great time! The house was super clean, very well-appointed with comfortable beds and furniture. We had everything we needed and had a blast reconnecting with friends and family. We made a bonfire on the beach, spent time in Cannon Beach, cooked, sat on the deck overlooking the ocean, explored the tide pools. Internet was fast and the set up of the house is perfect. Deb was super responsive. We would love to come back!

Wonderful, Comfortable Home

We were there 5 days in Feb. for Valentines Day and my husbands birthday. We had such a wonderful stay, we went home & the next day booked it again for April for our 30th anniversary. Deb is an absolutely great hostess!! Super helpful when we had questions. The home is lovely and so comfortable - feels like home! Kitchen is well stocked and supplied. Living room has comfy sofa and chairs. Big flat screen TV. Beds are wonderful. Great deck. Great beach is across the road and down the path. Short drive back to Cannon Beach for great restaurants and shopping. A couple of the best get-aways we've had. We highly recommend it!!

Arch Cape Vacation House

A very clean and well maintained house with all that one needs for a comfortable stay at the ocean. A lot of natural light so it was not dark like some places can be. I would recommend this house to friends and family.

We first arrived in Arch Cape for a family reunion. We totally fell in love with the beauty of the beach, the salty fresh smell of the ocean, exciting rock formations, tide pools teaming with sea-life at low tide, fresh seafood, and the many wonderful things to do in the area. We searched to find just the right house for us for the next year and found our dream home 'Seagull Landing'. We have had so many adventures like clamming for razor clams at 4:30 am low-tide, fishing for salmon and rock fish, hiking at Oswald State park, exploring tide-pools, finding treasures on the beach, fires on the beach with a glass of good Oregon wine and just relaxing on our deck to watch the sunset.
We never feel more alive and contented then when we are staying at our special beach house. We have furnished our beautiful home with love and pride and all the comforts. Many friends have gifted us with special art work and 'knick-knacks' that add to the fun and whimsy of our ocean house. We want all of you to feel as much at home at Seagull Landing as we do. This is truly a house for sharing and family.
